Mavis Tire - MILLEDGEVILLE Arvostelua 

I brought my truck in for severe vibration issues and they had been replaced by another mavis location. They warranted two tires and balanced all 4 tires in Milledgeville ga. Which too about 2 weeks going back n forth to get resolved. When I picked up the truck, and left the store I went to adjust power mirrors and only one worked and I stopped and looked at the mirrors. One was inop and the other damaged. I called the store and spoke to the manager and told them about my mirrors and I would be back the filling day Returned the next day and was told that it didn’t happen there The tech who worked on the truck said he may have been responsible for the damage. She said they would order new mirrors. 2 weeks later no call back. Called back and spoke to manager and was told the mirrors were not there yet. Went 2 more days to ck on mirrors but still no return call. Got her on phone to be told mirrors were there and bring back 2 days later so the tech could install. Took vehicle in and mirrors were wrong ones. They had to reorder And they came in and waited 4 more days for the tech to be there to install. It took 2 1/2 hours to install mirrors and I asked for an invoice showing the mirrors had to be replaced. The manager left and the assistant told me I couldn’t get any documentation. For each time I brought the truck in I felt as if I was a burden to them as a customer. Never got an apology which left me very unhappy who has had multiple items done to my truck. I felt like they thought they were doing me a favor I seen the hood open on the truck and was going to replace the headlights instead of the mirrors. No way to contact corporate

I had a very frustrating experience at Mavis Tires in Milledgeville. It honestly felt like they just did not want to do the job.

First, they repeatedly told me they couldn’t install my tires because I had wheel spacers on my truck. I explained multiple times that I did NOT have spacers, but they insisted that I did. After they finally removed one of my wheels and saw for themselves that there were no spacers, suddenly the reason changed.

Then I was told they couldn’t install my tires because of the beadlocks on my wheels. They told me I would have to go home, remove every beadlock myself, and then come back before they would install the tires.

Instead of doing all of that, I left Mavis and went straight to Grease Monkey. They installed the exact same tires on the exact same wheels with absolutely no problem, and they did not have to remove or mess with the beadlocks at all.

The whole experience at Mavis felt like excuse after excuse. Being told three times that I had spacers when I didn’t, then getting a completely different reason once they realized they were wrong, was extremely frustrating.

I personally wouldn’t recommend going here if you have a job for them that looks like it might require even a little extra work. Based on my experience, instead of trying to get the job done, they’ll find a reason why they can’t do it. I went somewhere else immediately afterward and got the same job done with no problem.

The manager (Lee) is very loud, she shout at their employees, the mechanic is very bossy to his coworkers, I had an appointment for 10:00 am it’s 12:34 and my car isn’t in the ramp yet, it think Mavis Corporation its lossings a lot of clients, the assistan is very kind

I went in for a brake check on 6/6/2026 and was told I needed brakes and rotors all the way around. Had the service done ($1200.00). Took it back a couple of weeks after initial service was done due to a scrubbing noise every time I applied my brakes, and was told by the mechanic, who took it for a test drive that everything looks fine. My brakes are still making a scrubbing noise. I will never take my car back there.

Got a quote from their “call center “. The store would not honor the quote . Very rude manager Tierra . Had to file a complaint with corporate. They will be reviewing the recorded call . The store definitely needs customer service training . Ferris if your call center if they can’t provide accurate quotes !!!
