Scheduled Appointment
Scheduled an appointment at the Jordan Lane location in Huntsville, AL to have my brakes checked. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that there was a job ahead of me and it would be late afternoon before they could get to me and they close at 6 p.m. It would have been nice if they would have called or texted to let me know before I drove 7 miles for the appointment.
