I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to…
I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this place for car repairs or maintenance. Here's why:
Last Saturday, I got four tires replaced at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Hoffman Estates. Since I don't drive much, I didn't notice until Tuesday that one tire had dropped to a pressure of 14, when it should be around 35. I had to go and refill it. Thinking I'd check in over the weekend, I was shocked by what I found. It was unbelievable—they insisted it was the car owner's fault and nothing to do with them. What a coincidence, right? So, within a week, I had to replace another tire and pay for it myself. My experience here was beyond disappointing. I had planned to replace four tires, but ended up replacing five. I won't be returning to this shop again. I'd strongly advise steering clear.
