The team at this location is awesome! They're professional, friendly, and take time to explain options without hassling, haggling, or harassing you. This is the 2nd time I've been here in the past 4 months and had the same experience both times. Staff helping me today were Marshun, Mike, Jay. Class acts!!

If I could give six stars I would! Marshun and Blu took great care of me. They went above and beyond with excellent customer service. Especially as a lady, ask for Marshun!

This store always delivers fast and efficient service. Marshun and the team got me in and out in less than 20mins!

I brought in a tire (separate from my car tires) to repair from a nail. They insisted on taking my car. Then took off a good tire (just bought a month before), said they couldn’t fix the nail tire and replaced the good tire without the cap and low on air. Did not reset the tire sensor. Kept my tire sensor cap and took up nearly 3 hours on my time to have my car worse off when I left then when I arrived.
Don’t do business with these guys!

Beware. This has been my go to for years. However, not anymore. I brought my car in for a 15,000 mile service and they wanted $3,452 for brakes rotors, struts, and said I had a bent drive shaft. Then quickly decreased the estimate to $2500, then $862. I left. Had a retired auto shop owner and friend look at the car. Not only do I not need 4 struts at $400 each, drive shaft is not bent. (As I suspected). All lies. Plus my friend found that the tires I bought in the past year, all 4, two at a time, were put on wrong!!! And one was overinflated causing the tread to wear incorrectly. This from a TIRE place. Don’t go here unless you want to be ripped off. Tim the new manager is less than honest. And the employees can’t install a tire correctly. SMH

Slow service, missed promised time for completion. Took over 2 days to issue a refund for services that they did not finish and still waiting for a copy of that refund receipt. I would avoid this store.

Great friendly customer service

My experience here was horrible! Although I have been going here for years I would never reccomend this place again. I took my Dodge Challenger here and the unexperienced technician scraped all four rims removing the tire but I let that slide and took my Kia Stinger here and again the unexperienced technician placed the wrong tire on the wong rim in the wrong place and now im out of $3300.00 for struts and bent rims on a 2019 Kia and they will not accept responsibility for there work but had the nerve to say bring it in we will fix it for a fee. No! Never again will a Mavis touch any of my cars. The manager John was rude and His boss Daryll won't return my phone calls. Please check your vehicles before leaving this place because trying to contact someone here is useless I would aspect this type of treatment if I let a person off the street do the job but not a major company but then again maby they get over on femals like this because they assume we don't know anything! Well I know enough not come here and definitely gone spread the word!!!

I buy tires for years even if the name has now change to Mavis Tire, I still get good service from all the worker their. Had a nail in rear driver tire, they happenly repaired my tire.Mary Ford

I’ve went to conyers Mavis tires this is my 2nd time. First time no one to do alignment but they take my appointment and never tells me. 2nd time I make my appointment like 3days early and get there today for a 10am alignment and a car came in yesterday that has lots of work and because of that I can’t get my alignment. I had just called and no one told me this and I get there and once again they said they cannot pull the guy off this car despite my appointment days ago before this car came in. I’m DONE with Mavis tires especially in conyers ga. HORRIBLE Just HORRIBLE and unacceptable business. I will not do business here ever again and will let all my friends know as well

I used to frequent NTB for my tire needs. I recently had a recall service on my 2018 Toyota Camry and my tire sensor went off when I picked it up. Three days later I found my tire flat. Called mavis at 120p on a Sunday and was out within 30 minutes tire leak found (screw in tire), repaired, and back on the road. Thank you Kris @ Mavis tire.

You can tell that this place really cares about their customers.

Manager Bobby got me in and out in a good amount of time. I also enjoyed his sense of humor. I appreciate the customer service at this location.
