Very poor Customer Service
Very poor Customer Service. The young man working the front desk has no personality and no knowledge so he should not be working the front desk. My tires that have a warranty for 50,000 miles have only lasted 17,000 miles, but they do not want to help me or give me any information on how I can get new tires under the warranty. Buyer beware

The service was top notch
The service was top notch. I arrived in a hurry and needed the pressure checked within the tires. After welcoming me to the store, Robert immediately assisted me without hesitation. I told him my concern and he handled everything from that point on(and quickly). He was very detailed in explaining everything also. Not only was he friendly but his coworker was also very friendly. These Guys understand what it means to provide great customer service.

Bunch of liars, lifetime rotation and balancing is not free when purchasing road harzard warranty.
Bought tires and lifetime tire balance and rotation. Then asked when I ask when should I come in to rotate my tires. I was told it wasn't free I had to pay a mounting fee of $20 per each tire, each time I come in to get the free rotation and balancing on the tires.
