Mavis Tire - Brunswick Arvostelua

I would give the Brunswick GA Mavis zero stars if I could. Made a reservation for 10 am. I was called and advised I should change it to 8 so I didn’t have to wait. Arrived at 7:50 am and there were 2 other people waiting. Once inside the service manager told me my appointment was at 10 even though I showed her emails and texts from Mavis. Her and the other service manager didn’t care. The other 2 people were gone by 8:30. Sat and watched them take other cars in that were left and no customers waiting. When I asked at 9:25 if they knew how much longer they told me at least another hour. When I questioned that, the service manager offer terrible excuses trying to justify them making me wait. Terrible customer service here. Took my keys, walked out and went to Valvoline down the road and my car was serviced in 15 minutes.

We are on vacation and noticed one out of tires had a nail with a slow leak. We are leaving tomorrow and driving back to Nashville, Tn. We took our vehicle in and could not be happier with the service and how quickly it was repaired. Best service ever.

They are always very nice and gets right to work and make sure they have taken the extra mile to make sure all your mechanical issues are taken care of.

From out of town, had a flat and Joseph really got me taken care of. I can't thank him enough! Mavis tire you've got a good man there!

You guys fixed my tire leak quick and got me back on the road! Awesome experience!!

Ran over a screw while on vacation. They were able to fit us in to their busy schedule on Mother’s Day. Very polite and friendly.

Great service. Super fast. Only tire place I trust!

Our car stopped by Mavis and they provided EXCELLENT service, helping us get our car into their parking lot, driving my 80 year old husband to his nearby dentist and me to Hertz to rent a car so our car could be towed to the Lexus dealership in Jacksonville Florida. This is the type of service you rarely see anymore and everyone involved just helped us. I can't thank them enough and will remember their kindness forever.

Great service no long wait time and free tire repair. Thanks Meloney &Joe.

Melanie and Kayla was the most helpful and terrific employees. Round of applause to these ladies on their customer service.

I had my car was serviced by them 05/11/2025 a tire rotation and balance. I took my car to have tires replaced and was told that all the bolts were crossed threaded. I then call Mavis only to be told that happens with the weather and over time. That’s a total LIE!!! There was no empathy, no apology just a bs excuse

Great customer service and work completed in a timely manner.

Mavis Tires did excellent work for my vehicle. They are thorough and went above and beyond to figure out my vehicle’s issues. Exceptional and greater than maximum work!

Employees on counter, Melony and Kayla were courteous and helpful. Technician Shawn did a great job! I’m a fairly regular customer w 2 vehicles. Satisfied!

Stopped by to see if a low tire could be examined. The wait time exceeded my availability time that day. With that a staff member graciously offered to put air in the tire! Wow.... with a next day early morning appointment I was on the road again in an hour!!!

I drove up from Tampa to attend a good friend's celebration of life. While in town, I hit a storm culvert to avoid another driver pulling out. Destroyed a tire, my radiator and ripped off the oil filter housing. I had the car towed to Mavis as they were one of the few opened on Sunday. I explained my situation to Frank, my mechanic. Frank did everything in his power to obtain the parts and have them brought in the following day and got to work. Frank and the shop manager promised me that I would be on the road Monday evening. 6:00 pm closing time comes around and Frank doesn't skip a beat. He keeps right on working on my car. at 6:30 pm the car is finished. frank took the car out for a shakedown run and the car ran flawlessly. The shop cost ended up being higher than they quoted but they stuck to the original quote. I was able to drive the car back to Tampa that evening and had no issues whatsoever. It's really difficult for me to have to put blind trust into an auto shop. I have been ripped off so many times in the past by others. It's refreshing to see people who run a a shop have such honesty and integrity. Especially when I am in a bind. Thank you Frank for helping me out and to the shop manager for getting me safely on my way.

Everyone at Mavis is very kind, ethical, professional. They treat you like you are a friend! I always know our family's cars are in good hands! : )

Good reliable service, been using for several years.

I will give them and extra star because they really believe in customer service. I recently had a tire problem while traveling through Brunswick. My car had to be towed and I picked the closest tire shop according to Google.
It was the best move I could have made. Joe and his team were great. I felt like they really cared and I will drive all the way back there ( I live in Florida,) the next time I need tires.

Great work from a great team. Thank you
