Mavis Tire - Baton Rouge Arvostelua 8

My name is Betty Howard. I brought my 2016 XC Volvo to the Mavis tire store in Zachary, Louisiana on June 11, 2025 to have my tires checked. The serviceman named Mike, along with the mechanic stated that I had a serious problem with the struts on mainly the back tires and also, on the front tires. I was told that it would take three (3) to four (4) hours to make the repairs. I was told that I would have to drop it off. I decided to bring my vehicle back the next morning (06/12/25) shortly after 9:00 am. Mike, the serviceman stated that it would be ready the same evening around 6:00 p.m. and he would call me when it was ready. 6:00 pm came, but no call. I decided to call the shop at 6:05 pm to ask for Mike to check to see if my car would be ready for pickup. The person that answered the telephone kept me on hold and never came back to the telephone. I called back to speak with Mike, but the manager answered the phone to say that Mike had left for the day and my vehicle wouldn’t be ready until around 12:00 noonday the following day. He stated that the shop had one mechanic working. If I was told this when I brought my vehicle in for service, I could’ve taken it elsewhere and gotten it back the same day. Of course I was furious because I needed my transportation. I wouldn’t have found out the status of my car if I didn’t call to enquire about it. Not once, but twice. No one never call me to give me an update. I would have received the news of having to leave it overnight with a better attitude if someone would’ve called. It was handle extremely, unprofessionally. I should be compensated for being inconvenienced without transportation an entire day and overnight until half the next day. This is EXTREMELY BAD

First off I’ve never been more compelled to write a review as I am now. Ms Tara ( originally a Dutch town store employee ) was at the store on highland and made my experience awesome. If there was a guide on how customer service should be displayed by an employee she would be the blueprint… From being polite , informative and efficient she represents the Mavis brand with class and professionalism that I haven’t seen in ages. She single handily converted me to a Mavis customer. Thanks again for employing Ms Tara. She is truly a gem💎

I have company cars . They always get me in and out quickly without appointments and are super friendly.

Mavis was fast, quick and affordable. Very prompt and quick service. Promised to be done in an hour and was finished in 40 minutes. Definitely under promised and over delivered. I will be back for my tire needs.

Great services, fast and friendly, customer service was fantastic! Had to stop in on this ☔🌧️ Rainy day to change out my wipers thank you Guys for your time and great service they had me in and out in no time.so if anyone needs there wipers changed go to Mavis on wooddale.and they also have great prices on tires, front end alignment,brakes, oil change and much more so go by and get your vehicle inspected .thanks again.
