They don’t process orders

It’s been 2 weeks since I placed an order, it didn’t get processed. I wrote to customer service, got automated copy/paste responses.
There’s no option to cancel the order, ans when you write to them to cancel the order they say they can’t cancel orders after they’re processed. But the order has not been processed. I had to start a dispute through PayPal. I’ll never buy from them ever again.

Ordered 2 “Ken” jumpers 2 weeks ago for my friends birthday. Haven’t received emails to suggest they have been dispatched (despite original confirmation email saying I will receive an email to confirm dispatch) I have contacted the company politely and have been ignored. Can’t seem to find any other way to contact for a refund as their phone number isn’t recognised? So they have stolen £130 from me! If Mattel see this I would like someone to contact me immediately.

I purchased the Mattel
Membership (Appx $10) only because I wanted to buy a certain doll that was being released. When the time came to purchase the doll, it literally sold out in 1 minute and I was not someone who was able to get one. I contacted Mattel to get a refund for the membership, as I really dont want any other doll than the one which I wasn’t able to purchase. I was told by costumer service that the membership is not refundable!!! What??? Why not? This is a total scam. If I’m unhappy with any other items I purchase, it’s refundable…why not this????DON’T PURCHASE THE MEMBERSHIP…You won’t be able to get exclusives you want since all the bots and resellers grab them up before regular people can. Mattel you are a horrible company. Never again

Ordered 2 hoodies to see which would fit better, went to return one but was told it’s a final sale product and can’t be returned. No where on the site does it mention this when you’re buying the hoodie, just an outright lie so you can’t get your money back. Scumbag company

I am a little confused. I bought a mattel barbie kenough hoodie and got a china product from america for 60$!? So u wanna tell me i can buy it from wish for 10$ and have the same product and quality? The hoodie is cheap and thin. Some issuse and not well finished. U can tumbler it but the colours will go on other clothes. Its 100% polyester for 60$ again. Im will never buy american products again..am from switzerland.

It is a total scam. If you don´t pay, you play same games with same cards without being able to win, over and over again. I know every move, that the "other players" (computer) do by heart.

I'm really disappointed on the way stuff is being mailed or on how packages 📦 are arriving I got the promotion 93 nissan d21 boxed smashed sent in pictures and they still couldn't do anything about it because the actual vehicle wasn't damaged to their knowledge. I asked if I could mail it back and get another one and they said they couldn't because those were the rules and it wasn't going to be fair for the rest of people.

We ordered dolls from the first wave of the Barbie movie and haven't even gotten a shipment notification. The support is also only stalling. Hopefully we'll be able to issue a charge back. This store is unfortunately neither recommendable or reliable anymore. Until they get themselves together, DO NOT ORDER!

Barbie ist der Traum von einem fast jeden Mädchen allerdings muss ich sagen das ich die Qualität von Barbie mittlerweile viel schlechter finde als damals.
Die Pferde haben kaum Haare und die Haare Barbies werden schnell struppig.

Dennoch liebt meine Tochter Barbie und besitzt wirklich viel davon und sie freut sich darüber mehr als auf alles andere

Ordered monster high doll almost 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. Customer services keep telling me it’s processing and to be patient! They advertise standard delivery within 9 days so I should have doll by now. Apparently unable to cancel order so I just have to be patient and wait…

It's a movie that's not for kids, it has explicit adult themes with a real message, but it's out of the question. everyone expects to see barbie, but they only used the name to carry a message to royal society, but it was not the right movie to carry that message sorry mattel total failure waste of pink paint..

Abzocke??! Mein Freund hat mir die Monster High Cleo de Nile Midnight Runway Collector Puppe über mattelcreations.com gekauft und wollte sie mir eigentlich zum Geburtstag schenken. Die Puppe wurde einfach nicht versendet, erst nachdem wir einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet haben, weil wir logischerweise das Geld für die nicht gelieferte Puppe zurück wollten, wurde sie über einen Monat!! später versendet🤣 (gekauft am 16.6. und versendet am 20.7.) Eine Entschuldigung oder eine Teilerstattung von Mattel blieb natürlich aus. Hätten wir keinen Fall eröffnet, hätten wir weder die Puppe, noch das Geld wieder bekommen. Sowas geht gar nicht.

I bought 2 Midge dolls (Barbie reproduction), never received them (136 euros) ! They stole me 136 euros ! I think I am going to made a complaint against Mattel. They have my money and I didn't receive the dolls !!!!! A shame !!!!! Very angry !!!!!

Habe eine Action Figur bestellt und ein völlig anderes Produkt mit beschädigter Verpackung erhalten.
Nach 3 Tagen bekam ich eine Mail über eine Rückerstattung. Allerdings wurde nur der Produktpreis erstattet. Die 10 € Versandgebühr hat Mattel behalten.
Totaler Betrug :(

Waiting for a shipment of my order 3 weeks after ordering. Contacted customer support 4 times they all said the order will be with me soon. Shared the tracking link and the order hsnt even been dispatched yet!!!! UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Trash company. I emailed them to request an order cancellation before it had been dispatched, and was refunded two days later.
Two weeks pass, then they charged my card again without my consent, and dispatched the item I asked to cancel.
