Ordered the kenough hoodie in October and am still waiting - customer service says it is on its way, but it appears to be stuck in transit. I strongly suspect I have been scammed. Do not use this company!

I've played uno on their app. It's so rigged. Ads after every game. You can win 5 times in a row all getting you about you 100 win coins each time so about 500 coins Total. Then i lost 2 games in a row totaling 2500 coins lost each time. Ao that was another 5000 coins gone. After soing this multiple times I've just had to give up on it. There's no point playing a terrible game where you win small and lose big.

Deleted Hotwheels ID leaving our child with a toy which does not do much anymore. Con that you can buy the toy with the functionality and then they can just delete the main interactive fun part and not even keep the basic functions. Won’t trust Mattel again and will impact future toy choices.

Zur Taufe unseres Sohnes haben wir ein Produkt der Firma Mattel (Fisher price) geschenkt bekommen. Nach zirka 3 monatiger Nutzung blätterte Farbe vom Produkt ab (kann passieren, kann keiner was für) Kundenservice in Anspruch genommen, sollte das Produkt natürlich nicht weiterverwenden (ergibt ja auch Sinn) und sollte das Geld via PayPal überwiesen bekommen. Das ganze ist knapp einen Monat her (start 14.11.23) und abgesehen von immer weiteren Vertröstungen (einmal lag ein Schreibfehler in meiner PayPal-Me vor, obwohl ich es gefühlt 83 mal buchstabiert habe) ist von dem Geld weit und breit keine Spur zu sehen. Ich wollte erst keine Bewertung abgeben, weil ich bei den ersten Mitarbeitern den Eindruck hatte, dass Sie wirklich bemüht waren. Aber nach dem Telefonat heute (man hat ja sonst nichts zutun, als ständig bei der Firma Mattel anzurufen, um seinem Geld hinterherzurennen) war die Dame außerordentlich unhöflich und hat mich abgewimmelt mit den Worten "Geben sie uns noch was Zeit, tschüss" Auf meine Worte, dass dieses "etwas Zeit" nun fast einen Monat in Anspruch nimmt kam nur ein "Ja Dankeschön Tschüss". Ok. Nie Mehr Produkte dieser Firma. Ich bin selber Verkäuferin und wenn ich das mit meinen Kunden machen würde, hätte ich keinen Job mehr. Einfach eine große Enttäuschung, zumal unser Sohn wirklich gerne mit dem Spielzeug gespielt hat und ich ihm gerne ein neues gekauft hätte.

Company is crap, product is crap, shipping is even worse. Continually messing up orders, not taking pride in their own product by the way that they ship. Not fixing their problems. Will no longer carry their brand in my hobby shop.

Ruim 1,5 maand na mijn bestelling had ik nog niets gehoord of ontvangen van het bedrijf. Gezien alle slechte reviews vreesde ik dat ik kon fluiten naar mijn aankoop. Ik mailde de klantenservice en kreeg binnen twee dagen een reactie dat de verzending alsnog in orde zouden maken. De verzending ging daarna snel, maar omdat ik de inklaringskosten niet op tijd had betaald, ging het weer retour naar Amerika. Ik mailde opnieuw de klantenservice, weer snelle reactie en zonder enige bijbetaling hebben ze het pakket weer verstuurd. Ik vond dit heel netjes van ze, aangezien het mijn eigen fout was dat het pakket weer retour was gegaan. Dus daarom toch 5 sterren, ondanks de slechte start.

Said in stock, sent me to target, they said in stock. Tried to buy pay now blacked out. Check back on nov 10th. At midnight went online. in stock. Blacked out again! Called Mattel And target. Other countries. No one knew anything I was talking about

Very sad and disappointed in Mattel and target! Would never recommend!

I have ordered the Kenough Sweatshirt in August and have not received it yet (as of Nov. 13th). It seems to be a Royal Mail issue but I have tried to also reach out to Mattel and I have had no response, which has led to the review of 1 star.

Please do not play Mattel games or apps. More importantly,please do not let children play any Mattel online games. It is a well known scam.
It quite literally turns fun into a form a gambling where the odds are stacked against the player.
Although not directly gambling. It will lead you down a road where you WILL end up paying money time and time again.
Please Be warned.

Le service client est inexistant. Client régulier, j'ai malheureusement affaire à eux sur une base régulière, et c'est toujours la même chose : des délais de réponse "exceptionnellement" longs, des réponses souvent à côté de la plaque et sans explications, et jamais de solutions. Le retours ou échanges sont également impossible pour tout acheteur en dehors des USA.

Worst customer service ever I'm actually relived my order never went through with this response. The website was broken and I couldn't place an order, so I messaged them to inform them and got a standard response saying the product was sold out, couldn't even reply to the response to ask them to read my message as I was trying to inform them there is a fault on their site because I got a message back to say its a one way mail box and I wouldn't get a response. I've never ordered from them before and I'm now glad their site was broken after reading reviews and having this response. I would avoid if I was you.

Thought by my order summary (took a photo of the summary with shipping and all) that I actually was going to be able to get my granddaughters a present they really wanted. Monster High Nightmare Before Christmas dolls. Truly looked liggit that I my order went through.
Than, I get a notification, SOLD OUT! , AFTER they got all my payment address and all info from me. The order summary and all the BS they asked before was all a smoke screen. It said "limit of 2 per order" Yet get on ebay RIGHT NOW and people are selling them 29, 21, 19 at a time!!!! At 3X the amt. How did they get ahold of so many dolls when I couldn't even get 2?Sound suspicious to you?? Mattel Creations really needs to look into this. Someone somewhere is getting there bread buttered. Called customer service several times, same generic response. Wrote the company, gave them my phone number for an explanation, fell on def ears. PATHETIC

Bought the kenough jumper when it advertised a ‘ buy now and get before Halloween!’ Guarantee. But after 15 days it still hasn’t even shipped yet. You get a tracking notification that it’s been booked, but the product never dispatches. Countless emails to them with only copy paste sorry for inconvenience emails back. No investigation or explanation. They refuse to cancel and refund. Absolute dismal service. Do not buy!

I wanted to but the new Jack and Sally dolls. I was waiting in line for the checkout, and I got through. Then I had to fill in all of my private information, such as credit card numbers etc. When I clicked on buy the site suddenly said sold out. So now they have all my info? Very strange, and I would definitely not recommend anyone buying on this site.

Garbage payment system! I waited in line to get a Monster High doll and got to check out but when I want to complete order 505 error . Tried a few times till sold out!
