I have only ever used this site once…
I have only ever used this site once and I had a pair of £450 trainers delivered which was stolen from outside my house. They didn’t even ask for a signature. I was totally unaware that this would happen. They’ve asked me to get the police involved Which I do not have time for all patients with my mental health. They have done nothing to help me resolve the situation at all and I find their emails quite rude..

This review is completely inaccurate. Our tracking confirms the order was delivered successfully, and at no point was the parcel reported as missing by the courier. Claims suggesting otherwise are false.
We take fraudulent claims extremely seriously, as they unfairly damage trust in our business. All of our orders are sent fully tracked, and customers are kept updated throughout the process.

I was sent the wrong size and had to pay to return it... I did ask for a pre paid label, but got told to pay postage and they would reimburse.. Felt a bit weird asking for £6 back, but they probably knew that!... Would be one star but gave an extra star for the good choice on their site.
Also, to clarify, the return process is long-winded...

Hi Martyn,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review — we genuinely appreciate all feedback.
Just to clarify, we reached out to you right away regarding this issue and were waiting on a few details (such as postage proof) in order to reimburse you fully for the return. We're always happy to cover the return cost when the incorrect item is sent — that’s part of our policy.
As a small business, we currently can't provide prepaid labels upfront, but we always make sure to reimburse postage as soon as it’s confirmed.
Sorry again if the return process felt long — our email may have landed in your junk folder, which can sometimes cause delays.
We’ve also reached out to you directly with a goodwill offer — we really do value your support and hope to welcome you back soon.

New EDIT - We understand you mentioned reaching out to Loewe directly. Please note that many brands will only acknowledge retailers they’ve partnered with directly, and not necessarily third-party stockists or wholesalers—this does not mean items from other sellers are automatically inauthentic.
That said, we’d be happy to investigate this further. Please send us the item back for verification, and if you’re not satisfied, we’ll offer a full refund.
Dear Nini,
We take authenticity very seriously at Matrix Menswear, and we stand by the fact that all our Loewe products are 100% authentic. Our items are sourced directly from one of the most trusted suppliers in the UK, who also supply to some of the biggest, most reputable resellers in the industry.
Regarding your claim of verification, we would appreciate further clarification on who or what method was used to authenticate the item. Many third-party authentication apps and online services are not reliable and often inaccurate, as they do not have direct access to Loewe’s manufacturing details, official product logs, or brand-specific authentication techniques.
We would love to assist you further—please reach out to us directly so we can resolve this matter properly. We are committed to customer satisfaction and ensuring all our customers shop with confidence.
EDIT: Since the item was never returned and no credible verification has been provided, it’s clear the claim was based on inaccurate information. We remain confident in the product’s authenticity and stand by the integrity of everything we sell.

I have successfully obtained my package promptly, and it was placed in the designated location as requested.
