I bought a pair of shoes that turned out to not be authentic. I can not get them to give me a refund and I can not find the website again. Its like it does not exist. Terrible! Beware!

If I could leave no stars I would. The order was placed with the company. The shoes that were ordered were not what was expected so I proceeded to contact the seller to cancel the order so I didn't not receive the shoes. They did not respond for several days then when I asked several time to cancel the order they just asked how would I like the order to be changed and I said I didn't I wanted my order canceled and a refund. They never responded and I never received an email from them since except from the website saying the order was shipped when I specifically said to cancel them and that I don't want them because they are not what the person wanted. I contacted paypal to open a case with the seller and the seller responded to paypal with the tracking number for a package that was requested to be cancelled several times! So now I have to wait even longer and refuse a package I never wanted in order to get my refund!!! Never ever by from this brand the seller is terrible and doesn't provide any contact other than an email for a "faster response" and never responds. Save your money.

I ordered a pair of shoes. Never heard from them, never received my order. They don't provide a phone number(red flag). I emailed them, they finally responded weeks later,saying they don't have my shoe size in stock. I asked for my refund never heard from them until a week later, saying that I should wait until they restock them. I found the shoes from another store, I no longer need the shoes, I need my refund. Refund never sent. I had to file several reports. Now I'm waiting for investigation to complete, then I will receive my money. Tjis company is a scam.

Did not have my shoes in stock and would not refund my money in full. I would have to pay the Paypal charge ?

Bestellen was makkelijk en de bezorging was snel en uitstekend gecommuniceerd.
2 kleinkinderen 6 en 2(!) vonden het direct geweldig en opa en oma ook: we wachten nog even met geometrie 🙈😂.

We have already ordered 2 sets here and they have arrived the day after! Quality and price of the products is great and my kids LOVE them!
(they are also compatible with the more famous/expensive brands and the quality is exactly the same)

Magnetic and assemble part low quality. It makes even one adult quite frustrated while constructing, imagine for younger kids…

Echt een aanrader.

Dochters zijn erg blij het hun knikkerbaan. Succes gegarandeerd. Maar niet alleen knikkerbanen worden gebouwd. Ook tangram figuren worden op de grond gelegd.

Daarnaast ook nette afwikkeling bij de klantenservice. Postcode komt door Fout verkeerd in hun systeem. Opnieuw besteld en snel geld terug gekregen.

I am very pleased with purchasing Matoyli magnetic tiles. The quality of this toy is amazing,  the magnets are very strong and the box it comes in is very useful for storing the magnetic pieces. The customer service  was very helpful and really fast to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend buying this product.
