It's an elaborate scam. I never got the shoes but somehow they've come up with a legit UPS tracking number showing the shoes were delivered. I'm fighting it with PayPal.

How the scam works
You see a product online that you want to purchase (shoppers report encountering this scam through social media ads.) You click on the link to the company's website, find the product, and check out. Shortly after your card is charged, you receive an email saying the product is out of stock and they will refund your money. You wait several days for the refund to post to your account, but it never does. Then, when you try to contact the online shop, no one responds.

One consumer reported to BBB Scam Tracker in December 2024, "I saw the ad of this company for a wet tshirt and I ordered that, after waiting for 2 months with poor contact from the team, they said "they were out of stock", finally they sent it and the package was lost. They sent me a second other as replacement and it was not the tshirt I ordered, I contacted them and they haven't respond my email nor social media post. Scam!"

Another shopper told BBB Scam Tracker, "The order went through and money was taken out of my account. After more than a week of long wait for my order to ship, the order got canceled (saying the size ordered was out of stock) and the money was never returned to my account."

The truth is, the product likely never existed in the first place, and scammers hope you'll never notice you didn't get your refund. However, if you used a credit card, you should be able to contest the charge and get your money back.

I ordered 2 pairs of men's sneakers. Received them and wanted to exchange one of them. Contacted customer support, they asked for a picture of which one I wanted. Sent picture a couple of times per their request, then I sent several requests for a response. Now I am totally being ignored. Stuck with a pair that doesn't fit properly. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Fake store Scammers I ordered a pair of shoes they provided me with a reciept but no tracking number after several attempts to email them asking for a tracking number they provided one saying the order was in L.A. after a few days and they never moved I asked them what was the deal in which they provided a different tracking number with the order saying Grapevine Texas but never moved I have filed a dispute with my bank as they being a fraud n a scam they also need to be reported to the better business bureau as well

The material is decent, the design is nice, can wear it regularly

It been more than a month I have been reaching out because i got the wrong shoe a d size was promise and exchange upto now I can't get a return address, bad communication

Company doesn't exist. Check out the address on google. Its a residential address. If you buy something you will never hear from them again.

Sent me the wrong pair of shoes twice and no customer service. Will not respond to any emails. And I still don’t have the pair of shoes I originally ordered. Buyers beware do not buy shoes from this company.

FAKE SHOES BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a pair of Nike Air Jordan’s. They arrived on time but I sent them to an Authenticator and they did not pass, came back as fake. There is no phone number you can only email. Customer Service is terrible, they would only respond by asking me what size I needed to exchange for. When I asked for a return and refund, I never received a response. I’ve emailed 5 times now and nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The shoes I ordered do not fit my daughter (it is not a size problem). I emailed them asking where to return the shoes. They responded right away at first asking if we want a different size. Since I have denied the size change but asked to return, they have not responded to 3-4 more emails in the past month. I found the address for returns on their website to find out they received it, refused it and are sending it back??? They still have not responded to any of my emails. This is the worse customer service and I would recommend NOT to buy anything from them! I guess I am stuck with $160 basketball shoes that have been in the box still and my daughter will not be able to wear.

Reveived fake shoes - only wants to refund if I send back the shoes to Vietnam.

WRONG ADDRESS. This company is using a personal residence address as their business. The address in Michigan is a private residence. DO NOT USE THE MICHIGAN ADDRESS AS ANY ITEMS WILL BE SENT BACK RETURN TO SENDER.

It’s a scam. They won’t get back to you if you want a refund. Complete fraud.

I accidentally ordered the wrong pair of Nikes. I immediately sent them an email, asking if they could either refund my money or let me exchange for a pair I like. The last message I sent them was refused. I'll never order anything from them again. Do I even have any recourse options or am I stuck with a $140 pair of Nikes I'll never wear?!

UPDATE - They went out of their way to make it right. It takes quite a while. I didn't realize they werent being shipped domestically (USA). I guess I need to practice a little patience before I throw companies to the 🐩🐕🦮. They ARE legit. I take back everything I said above.

I have been trying to return a pair of shoes I bought and cannot get the company to give me return instructions despite 4 different requests. I am extremely frustrated and not sure what recourse I have here.

This company is a scam and the address they show in the US belongs to a residential couple. I know the couple and they have been trying to get their address removed from their website. The couple have received return items, BBB letters and more harassment due to these scammers. They may be out of business now but I am positive they will open under a new name.

NEVER RECEIVED SHIPPING OR TRACKING INFO AFTER A MONTH OF ORDER. AFTER MANY EMAILS AND INQUIRES COMPANY BLAMED THE DELAY ON A LOST SHIPMENT BUT REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY. WANTS ME TO CHOSE A DIFFERENT PAIR OF SHOES. I AM NOW TURNING THIS OVER TO AN ATTORNEY BECAUSE THEY STOPPED RESPONDING.

I ordered a pair of shoes and then looked around a bit more at their site and realize the company is a fake sneaker seller from overseas. I contacted them within two hours of placing my order and they linked me to their cancellation policy (must be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order). I responded that I'm well within the 12 hours, so please cancel my order. They responded in a day or two asking why I'd like to cancel my order. I responded that I just don't want the shoes anymore and my original request was well within the time frame to cancel. They responded a couple of days later saying "sorry, your order is already in process and we can no longer cancel it. here's a coupon for 10% off your next order."

As others have said, the shoes come into the US through a bogus address in Jamaica Queens NY. The box did arrive to me a week or two later, but I rejected it and returned to sender, hoping that they'd have to refund me when they get the shoes. But since the return address is bogus, the package is now just floating around USPS somewhere.

I've contacted them again asking for a refund. If I don't hear from them in a day or two, I'll reach out to my credit card company about it.

Believe all of the reviews on here. This "company" is awful and only exists because they're a needle in a haystack.

The best sneakers. I love the retro 4 style. The color is great
