Not what it seems
After 3 hours of interview and committing to thousands of dollars, my first encounter was a disaster. The gentleman they matched me with did not meet my criteria in any way, shape, or form. No attraction whatsoever!
Do not use this company to meet your forever person because it won't happen. They are non compliant when it comes to meeting the criteria set forth and all they want to do is fulfill their obligation that you meet 3 separate people. They don't consider compatibility, attraction, personality, common interests. If they did, my very first match would have had some matchability, but all my first experience did for me was to be discouraged and not use them any further. They could not possibly prove to me they weren't just scamming me! I made it clear to Tracy what I was looking for. I even showed her photos of the type of guy I was looking for. I was totally ignored. They promise 3 dates and they deliver 3 dates that will not suit you whatsoever!

I had an extremely UNCOMFORTABLE, HARASSING and upsetting experience with this matchmaking company. After being harassed on a date arranged through their service, I reached out expecting concern, accountability, and support. Instead, my experience was completely dismissed.
Rather than taking the situation seriously, they minimized what happened and showed no regard for my safety or well-being. I was made to feel belittled, humiliated, and completely insignificant. What’s even more shocking is that they still expected me to continue my membership and pay in full, as if nothing had happened.
This company appears to care more about collecting money than protecting or respecting their clients—especially women. There was zero accountability, no empathy, and no effort to resolve the situation in a fair or ethical way.
I strongly urge anyone considering this service to think twice. If you are looking for a safe, respectful, and supportive experience, this is not the place. My experience left me feeling deceived, manipulated, and deeply disrespected. No one should have to go through something like this and be treated as though it doesn’t matter.

Worst experience
Worst experience. Don't waste your money. Lost thousands of dollars and never had any one for me so they sent an Indian man who wanted an Indian woman (I am not Indian) and a biker who spent every weekend with the bikers and i do not. What a journey full of ups and downs
What a journey full of ups and downs. I'm not going to lie, this started VERY rough for me. I had been single for a long time, and the dating apps were laughing in my face. My friend signed me up, saying, "What can it hurt?" I received the phone call and tried to ask about pricing, but they wouldn't talk about it; they wanted to meet in person. I said I didn't want to waste anyone's time if it was not feasible, but they still wouldn't tell me anything.
So, I went to the local office (the worst part of the whole process). The conversation started well; she got me to open up and said all the right things. Then we get to the money, and whoa! I was shocked. I didn't expect it to be cheap, but still! This is where our 2-3 hour appointment took a turn. I was unsure about the money, and she started giving me "deals", "deals she doesn't make with anyone", "the best possible deal she can give me because she wants this for me". I told her I needed some time to think things over. She told me that if I left, the deals were off the table, and I had to sign right then. She started throwing personal things I mentioned back in my face about why I was single and would always be single if I didn't make this investment in myself. After feeling like this was my only option to ever find my "happily ever after", I signed, paid, and left in tears. (Suggestion for the company: don't have us fill out a survey or feedback form for this process in the office. I couldn't give my honest feedback because I was literally handing it back to the person who made me miserable.)
With that said, the best thing she did for me and the best part of the experience was my coaching with Shallyce. I honestly don't think I would have made it through this process without her. As a person, I have come a LONG way since my first conversation with Shallyce. I may have done the work, but dang it, she pushed me and stuck by me when I had doubts. She was definitely the bright spot in what was sometimes a dark process.
The matchmaker process itself, I had a love/hate relationship with. My first match was very quick, and after meeting, I felt they matched me with someone just to get the first one done. I don't think we had one thing in common. I had another match where my date said to me, "I don't know why they matched us". Which was true; he was a real piece of work. As I was coming down to my last couple of matches, I felt very defeated by the process. I had asked for a break from matches as I needed time to get excited about the process again. Then I received the phone call. There was a match that both my matchmaker, Amy, and my coach, Shallyce, thought would be a great match for me. I agreed, and I am so glad I did. I believe that I finally found my person. I am currently in a happy hold and am very happy!
While I wish the beginning of the process had been different, I am so glad I stuck with it because it led me to my person. I truly believe this is my happily ever after.

Unethical Practices: exploitation of vulnerable population
I signed up for this matchmaking service in October 2025 and, since then, have had only one date. No other suitable matches have been provided.
At the initial consultation, the company created a profile outlining my clearly stated, non-negotiable preferences, including religion, level of education, and compatible interests. However, the few introductions that were presented did not meet these basic criteria. Some individuals had different religious beliefs, others did not match the specified education level, and overall compatibility in interests was lacking. These introductions cannot reasonably be considered appropriate matches.
This suggests that the company did not have an adequate pool of candidates who matched my profile and age range, yet they proceeded to enroll me and accept a significant payment for the service.
Taking a substantial amount of money from a senior citizen while selling the promise of compatible matches that the company is unable to deliver raises serious concerns about exploitation and potential elder abuse.
In my opinion, this reflects a deeply misleading and exploitative business practice. They deliberately mislead clients and operate unethically and dishonestly, assuming that once a contract is signed, it gives them the right to take payment without delivering the promised services. The company’s responses to reviews appear to be automated and repeatedly reference vague “next steps,” yet those steps are never clearly defined. At this point, the only meaningful next steps would be either providing a genuinely compatible match that meets the stated criteria or issuing a refund.

Our service focuses on identifying mutually compatible introductions, which means that both individuals must align with each other’s preferences and be open to meeting. Because of this, we cannot guarantee a specific number of introductions within a particular timeframe, nor can we guarantee that every potential match will meet every item on a client’s list of requirements. Compatibility involves many factors including shared values, lifestyle, availability, and mutual interest from both parties.
Introductions also require mutual approval, meaning both individuals must feel the match aligns well enough with their own preferences to move forward. When preferences on either side do not align closely enough, an introduction may not occur. Availability can also be a factor, as potential matches may be traveling, focused on work, or managing other life circumstances outside of the service.
In your case, our team has presented five potential opportunities since the start of your membership, the majority of which were declined before a meeting occurred. Our team has remained in communication and continues to search for introductions that offer strong overall compatibility. Matchmaking is ultimately a process that requires openness from both sides, and we always encourage clients to consider meeting individuals who share strong core values and compatibility, even if every preference is not perfectly aligned on paper.
We also strongly disagree with the characterization that our company operates in a misleading or unethical manner. All membership terms, expectations, and services are explained during the consultation and outlined in the written agreement prior to enrollment so clients can make an informed decision.

What is not explained to you when you sign the contract is that you cannot make any changes once you sign, i.e. age. Your deal breakers are the only thing they use in matching you. I dId'nt need to pay $3,000 to find a short bald man, plenty of them out there on the dating sites. I am so disappointed in their service!

During the enrollment process, clients outline both their preferences and their deal breakers so our matchmakers have a clear framework to work within. While deal breakers are important boundaries, our team also considers many other factors, such as compatibility, availability, lifestyle, and relationship goals, when selecting introductions. Matchmaking is also a feedback-driven process, where introductions help our experienced matchmakers better understand chemistry and preferences over time.
We always want our clients to feel heard and supported throughout the process, and we wish you the very best moving forward.
Poor/Dishonest customer service
Initially, very nice and positive. Finally an introduction that went Ok and a subsequent hiking trip and dinner that was also OK. However, she was a snowbird and lives in another State most of the time and would be leaving soon. She was difficult to communicate with due to a hearing disability.
Zero contact with matchmaker Audrianna for 3 weeks after numerous calls/texts.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, I had three matchmakers and none of them followed my guidelines. They tried to match me with any male with a pulse. It has been a waste of time and money.
When I repeatedly explained my criteria they tried to change my mind and kept telling me, “ hes not a perfect match, but hes really nice”
One matchmaker even tried to date one of the matches she sent me out on a date with.
I tried to keep an open mind but this was a really bad experience. I don’t know what was worst the guy that coujdbt stand up straight or look me in the eye or the guy that wouldn’t drive his car snd wanted to meet at a bus station.

Matchmaking is a personalized and feedback-driven process. While we always strive to align introductions with stated preferences, compatibility involves more than a checklist and sometimes requires thoughtful flexibility. That said, no client should feel unheard, and your criteria are meant to guide, not be dismissed.
We also want to be very clear that it is against company policy for any team member to pursue or “date” a client introduction. If this allegation were accurate, it would be taken extremely seriously.
We understand that not every introduction will result in chemistry, and dating can sometimes involve uncomfortable experiences. However, we stand by the integrity of our screening process and our team.
