Used Mastervaper for a long time now , wouldn't use anywhere else.
Great products, price and secure delivery.
Thank you 👍

I don’t like leaving a bad review as this company has been excellent over the years I have used them but I placed an order using my loyalty points and my order was cancelled. I have tried to contact them and given them a few days to reply but they haven’t responded and I’ve lost my £8 in in loyalty points. I would love to place another order with my loyalty points and I would be grateful for any feedback at this time. Thank you

Always use mastervaper and always pleased with service👍

Quick delivery spot on, thank you again.

Placed my order on Sunday 3rd May but understood my order may not be dealt with until the 5th as Monday was bank holiday. Had automated order confirmation immediately but I’m still waiting for dispatch confirmation nearly a week after placing the order. Emailed Master Vaper directly on Thursday 7th asking for an update but no response. Coincidentally I placed an order with a different vape company on the bank holiday Monday for a different flavour and it arrived on the Wednesday. I don’t understand the slow dispatch and lack of communication.

Always great service. Fast delivery and reasonable prices. I have been buying off this company for a few years now and no issues at all.

Great prices and quick delivery.

Great service as usual and would recommend to anyone

Ordered a year ago took over 2 weeks forgot all about it ordered again & only realised when I haven’t received it in 2 weeks again & stil yet to receive it

Great seller

All ok will use again

This company goes above and beyond to get the best customer service.

Good prices and reliable.

Good product and price but waiting over a week for delivery seems a long time in todays world

Ordered from here on 17/2
Not received goods, tried reaching out on WhatsApp but keep getting ignored want a refund, customer service is a bad joke and this company is most likely a scam

Great service as always

Always use mastervaper, they have lots of choice

I have been ordering from here for over 2 years always receive the correct products. They have always answered any queries via WhatsApp. My only reason for not giving 5 ⭐️ is the delivery has not been as good lately

Placed an order Sunday and still not here very bad service had 5 working days

I spent £32 on liquids I waited and waited 3 weeks I never received my order, in the meantime I sent them 4 messages regarding this, asked if I would still get them or would they reimburse me but they didn’t even bother to reply or acknowledge any of the messages (even though they did read the messages) I am totally disappointed and also out of pocket
I won’t be ordering from them again
