This site is completely fraudulent. Do not buy anything from it and do not activate your card. The sites sole intent is to get you to enter your card number, and they steal the money off it. It is in no way affiliated with Mastercard.

Bought the gift card at Walmart, checked the card prior for tampering, no signs but was quickly cleaned out. Filed a dispute said would take 45-90 days to investigate but in less 6 days, *unable to determine"

I bought a gift card a couple days ago for a birthday gift. When I went to activate it I was told there was an error. I went back to Walmart to see if it was not scanned right. I was informed it was something that needed to be fixed by calling. The first time I called the gentleman barely spoke English and told me my name was not on the card and that's why I couldn't use it. I was confused because it's a gift card, why would anyone's name be on it. He was not helpful at all in helping me figure it out and I had to end the call and go back to work. After work I called again and got a lady that was even more difficult to understand and on top of that the phone was in and out. I asked her many times to repeat herself and she started to get rude in her answers and yelling them. She finally gave me an email address to contact and told me I would get a replacement card in 40 days. I told her that was ridiculous that I had to wait 40 days to get my 100 dollars back. Not even my money back, another card. Never! Never! Never again will I buy a Mastercard gift card. What a joke. 😡

0 STARS . My bank was closed so I bought this to pay my phone bill. It was rejected and the company locked the card due to it "being compromised due to a rejected transaction "
They have to mail me a replacement.
They cant just unlock it?the card automatically locks up and deactivate completely..
Terrible system

I bought a $60 gc from Walmart and after using only $30 the balance was used on fraudulent charges.. I disputed the charges and it was concluded that the charges were valid.. TOTAL SCAM! I reached out to costumer service twice with no response.. Will NEVER purchase another mastercard gc again!!!!

I purchased a $500 Australia Post Mastercard Gift Card (ID: 017602xxxx, Card: 5386 5301 2086 xxxx, exp. 07/25) in NSW, Australia. The card expired, but the funds remain mine under ASIC rules. I called support twice today (Sep 29, 2025)—the first rep was hostile, and the second escalation led to "Account Supervisor Jerome."
Jerome dismissed my ASIC ePayments Code rights (ABN 47 145 452 044 for Mastercard Prepaid Management Services Australia) and refused a replacement card, stating, "Policy is policy, nothing I can do." This $500 is significant to me—not pocket change. No resolution or empathy, just roadblocks. Avoid Mastercard gift cards; their support is a farce. Filed with ASIC already. 1/5 stars—zero accountability.

Worst experience ever. No access to customer service like it says.. checked my daughter's gift card only $25. She went to use her card 2 days later and declined. No funds. 5 different transactions online in another state. Which is crazy it not even registered to use online. Must be an inside job. They know you will never reach anyone.
Just kicks you off the phone after holding. Tried seven times holding 15- 20 minutes every time.I reported stolen through automation so all the declined transactions will be back but still won't be able to use. And can't reactivate since no one ever answers . I will never buy another Mastercard gift card and you shouldn't either if you want to use it. Stick with visa. Never had a problem

Bought a card and put 140 bucks on it. Waited the hour to be able to purchase. I bought said card to make online purchases for a mobile game I play that was running awesome sales. Made a couple of purchases and then they locked the card. I called said I have the receipt from buying the card but they still shut it down and are sending a replacement card. Which won’t be here in time to be able to make the purchases for sale items. This is the same system Vanilla uses so don’t go with them either. Their systems are very flawed. They need to ask for a transaction number from the receipt from purchase and if you have that don’t lock the persons card. Kind of crazy to pay a company 7 bucks and then not be able to use your own money for a week. They need to fix the system.

I USED ONLINE activation: mastergiftcard.com it, when I submit (button) it went to google search page. When I called the given number (on card) 833 623 4266 it said card is activated with balance $100 as it was purchased. When I checked it again 10min later it was $2.60 left... the last transaction was AliExpress $97.40, not mine, for sure!

Went to use the card and found there was purchase already made on it. Filed and a complaint with card and was told they could not help. You should never purchase these cards. What a fraud.

They are a scammer i bought 100 $ gift card and after i spent 30$ they cancelled it and took my 70 $ bunch of scammers don't buy anything from them balance.mastercardgiftcards are scammers

Wouldn’t activate when I called the number. Talked to customer service and they wanted my full name, birthdate and social security number. Will be reporting this to Walmart where it was purchased for us as a wedding gift. Scam

This is a horrible scam card. I was given this card with a balance of a few hundred dollars to get me home. To buy gasoline and so forth. The card has been declined 10 different times and now I read this stuff on these reviews about if you try to use it too soon it locks down or whatever. Their customer service system is set up where you can never ever talk to any human. They send you in a loop and none of the menu items are suitable for a card that is declined. The only thing you are allowed to do is report some kind of fraud or whatever, and then like the rest of these reviews they make you wait to get a new card. It is horrible

We activated the card and 35 minutes later the card had been hacked and we were not able to use it. Started a fraud case and it takes up to 90 das to determine the fraudulent charges. We are being punished and have to wait to spend are money because there system was hacked. They don't seem to care

upon purchasing the gift card, I've realized that you will need to wait at least 1 hour until your funds are ready to use, for "fraud protection reasons". so that means any kind of purchase attempts made within this one hour, will be flagged as a fraudulent attempt, which will result in locking your card. had to call customer service about it, issue a replacement card. at a customer stand point, I've just purchased a gift card that can only be used after a week, fan-effing-tastic. never get this card, go get a visa vanilla card instead.

I recieved as a gift. I activated and show the correct balance. I am unable to use this piece of dung at least 10 places i have tried. The RealReal was fitst. Shoes for $80 and had $150 on my balance. Nope rejected. So tried ShopSimon, Gilt, Nordstrom none of those work. I even tried the manufacturer’s websites (loosing any sale or discount, but trying for the same shoes again, no luck. Even with$35 extra to cover the total. Tried it oba resale website, on slew of main stream shoppibg sites (except Walmart Target or Amazon which i dont purchase from online or in person). I am apprehensive about using in person or at any retail store. I really dont want the experience of declined card with a line behind me of people in a hurry.
Save your trouble and give cash in card if you are giving a gift in person. Gift cards have become so horrible. They are not versatile, the choices are sad and leave the recipient with a overpriced afterthought or bad overpriced meal - very bad chain food or in this case, the worst because its a gift of HOPE. You actially think for a minute, it will provide additional choices. You will be able to buy something useful, or use it like cash. No no no. No stores want zhis OLD MAID card. I wish I can give no star. Got a gift and they I purchased one thing and after that they the whole amount and whenever I called it's pending and no customer service no online service. It's terrible!! They scammers, do buy this gift card for anyone.

i bought 3 $100 cards from target when i gave them out there was no 3 digit number on the cards i went to target they gave me a number to call and they say they cannot do anything with the mastercard gift cards and they gave me another number and there is no one to answer there are no option to talk to anyone i called the number on the back of the card it is the same run around after about 30 min of pressing option some one came on the line when i explained my problem i was put on hold and after 30 min no one got back on the phone i will never shop at target and i will never buy mastercard gift cards

My money were stolen by scammers the moment I tried to activate the card. Customer service was terrible. The payment was still pending when I called them and they told me not to worry and wait for my money back in 30 days. After 30 days they said to wait for 3 months more to get a new card on mail. After months they told me my case was closed and I am not getting my money back. Please, don't give these cards as a gift!
