Massage Chair Store Arvostelua

So far very good, looking for the long term value which takes time. Bought the five year in house warranty. Thanks for requesting review so far.

Amazing customer service and thorough check for prevention of credit card fraud! I truly appreciate your top notch customer support!

Ryan helped me so much. Kind and patient. Because of that I shared the great experience with my sister and daughter after they tried my chair. They both purchased from Ryan. No need for chiropractor or massage appointment since I got it. I was able to stay on top of my plantar fasciitis flare ups. I ran a race in state number 50 in March at age 70. I credit my massage chair for that.

It is breathtaking. I want to live in this chair.

Bernie was a great help. We wanted to complete our due diligence, on which chair would be the best for my wife and I. We are both cancer survivors and needed something to take care of the every day stress, aches and pains and the ability to feel better. The chair we purchased is amazing and is used 4 times a day between the wife and I.

Bernard was extremely helpful in answering my questions without being pushy.
The chair was delivered in 2 weeks and set by the guys who were polite, thorough and left the area spotless. Wonderful all around experience!

One word that describes the excellent experience I had with the Massage Chair Store. The word is "Ryan". He was so knowledgeable and polite and attentive to me. He calmed my fears of making such a large dollar purchase. He clearly knew of the specifics of the massage chair world. He was able to reduce my anxiety concerning this purchase. He answered all of my questions over and over again and never made me feel bad for asking the same questions over and over again. Thanks Ryan. I hope your company appreciates you as an outstanding employee !!!!

Very personal service

Great looking chair, quite and works really well. i love i

I purchased a Sharper Image Axis4D massage chair from the Massage Chair Store and the transaction was excellent. From online order to delivery, the communication was great and the order was received in perfect condition and in a very timely fashion. The unit is awesome and my wife loves it. It is actually helping her with her RA and lymphodema in her leg. Follow up from Bernie and others was unexpected but very welcomed. They all wanted to make sure everything was fine. Very professional group and I will recommend as well as buy again from them (wife is not sharing her chair! lol)

Everything went as I was told it would and the product is excellent.

Knowledgeable staff .....every question answered...very polite.

the salesperson was very helpful in helping me to order the chair.i have md in my eyes & its hard for me to see & he was able to fill out everything for me. i was very grateful for that help. 05 01 2024 dee marchese

I had been looking at massage chairs for a couple years and doing research. I got to the point to where I was pretty positive what I wanted. I dealt with Ryan for a couple days on the phone asking questions and going over everything. It was the chair I wanted and the price worked for me. The sales process made it easier for me to choose them for my chair. The process was easy. Delivery was fairly quick. There was an issue with the initial delivery, but they quickly fixed the issue within 24 hours and went out of their way to make it quick and easy. It also showed me if I had any issues in the future, they would be right there to assist me. Crystal was excellent in helping me through the problem. Very happy with sales, service and delivery. The chair is the Infinity Imperial Syner-D and I love it. Payments are good. Warranty was good.

I was able to text with a person, not AI, and then give them a call. Tell them my price range and tell them the height and weight of people in the family so they can help me choose the right chair. Great customer serve and they also have military discount.

The salesman Richard was very professional. He was responsible for my selection of the message chair that I ordered.

I absolutely love my Massage Chair. I use it once a day sometimes two times every day. The folks at the Massage Chair Store did a great job of directing me to the correct chair plus I was able to get one of their open box deals and paid a lot less than would have at Costco.

Sales personnel and staff were very helpful in assuring me of delivery times, ease of set up and help if needed. Everything was as promised and I am very satisfied with my Infinity Evolution massage chair. Knowing the company is available should I have questions is important to me.

I spoke to a rep the day after I ordered my massage chair. It was great to speak to such a positive human being. I wish I had asked him for his name. I spoke to him around noon, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Maybe Bernard? As I received an email from him. If it is him, he is such an awesome rep for the company. He answered all of my concerns with enthusiasm and put me at ease, regarding my online purchase the night before. I can’t wait for my massage chair to get here!

Everyone was super nice and helpful, from the time I initially purchased the chair, until it was delivered! As soon as I made the purchase I received multiple emails thanking me and a phone call to answer any questions I had. The only draw back is it takes so long to get your chair delivered. However, they made that very clear from the beginning. So it’s not a huge deal. I will definitely be buying from here again!
