We have not received our chair yet. I will update this review after we do. However, the purchase process was amazing. I spoke with Bernie Eppa. He was informative and cordial. Although I was anxious to purchase a chair, he wanted to ensure we had all the info we needed first. I truly appreciate his time and patience with me. My husband and I were on the phone with him for over a half hour. We never felt rushed or pressured. It was an excellent purchase experience. Thank you Bernie, and thank Massage Chair Store.

Easy purchase good price

The group as well as the product have performed exactly as we expected. Massage Chair's team walked us through and sent us videos prior to receiving so that we knew what to do when our chair arrived.

It worked great for about 6 months, and then it stopped working one day.

I have been researching massage chairs for almost three months after a visit to a massage chair store while on vacation. I have sat in and tested many different brands of chairs and finally got a chance to test the Infinity chairs at a Costco Road Show event after learning that Infinity also makes the Kyota line of chairs. I very much enjoyed the Infinity chairs so I went to this website and initiated a chat to learn what the differences between the Infinity and Kyota lines were.

Both Richard (chat) and Ryan (call) were extremely helpful and I ended up chatting with Ryan on the phone for almost half an hour. At no point was I pressured to buy and he answered all of my questions with a level of honesty that I've honestly never experienced at any of the massage chair places I've visited. I ended our call to chat with my wife about what I had learned, but even when I was ending our call, there was no pressure to purchase. After speaking with my wife and confirming our massage requirements, I called back, chatted with Ryan for another ten minutes and purchased the Kyota Nokori M980.

I can't say for certain yet how the chair will be, as it will be delivered in 3 weeks, but my experience with MassageChairStore.com was absolutely superb and I will recommend this place to everyone I speak to about massage chairs.

I called with questions about upgrading my current massage chair. Bernie was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of my questions.

I love the chair!! I specially love the ‘kneading’ function! One of the negatives is the calf part of the chair squeezes WAY TOO HARD and I don’t know if or how to reduce the pressure.
I have two different massages stored, but I’d like to store a few more. Is that possible?

I researched massage chairs for 4 hours on the internet before reaching out for massage chair consultation. Ryan was so knowledgeable and pleasant. He answered all of my questions and several I dint know I had. He explained why some chairs cost more and why they are worth it. He pointed my in the direction of chairs tall enough for me at 6 feet 4 inches and that will conform best to my body weight. He worked to come up with solutions that fit my budget, and I am convinced I have made a great purchase. When it came down to two very good options, he recommended the slightly less expensive chair because it was best for my profile and specific needs. I can hardly wait for my new chair to arrive.
