Personas en Mexico,Tengan cuidado si intentan comprar en Masorini.com les comento mi experiencia hice 2 compras la primera en ago-2019 orden #MS213566 despues de mucho esperar me dijeron que se perdieron y supuestamente me los enviarian de nuevo con la orden #MS228764 hasta hoy 22 de febrero del 2020 no he recibido nada, igual que la 2a compra orden MS#227794 he recibido correos de Juliette y Natalie de Customer Care, tambien de Victor CEO de Masorini.com y de Philip que me pidio que pusiera un review de algo que no he recibido, estoy muy molesto de que pagué cerca de $100 usd por dos pares de zapatos y no los he recibido.

I ordered men’s shoes on Jan 23 here it is feb 13 never received them but was charged for them not sure what to do.

Purchased sunglasses December 16th,2019. Today is February 3rd,2020 and still haven't received my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Buyers beware.

Took over 2 months. Ordered 4 items all arrived different dates
²material rating at 1-10. 0 for bad³watch I ordered was not even worth putting on my wrist.
I feel cheated. You get what you pay for
$185 total loss. I would have made out better flushing my money down the toilet and then going out to the drainage and digging thru crap to get it back. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU DO LOL YOUR LOSS

I WISH I would have read reviews 1st. Oh well lesson learned.

Ordered a shirt, it arrived soon enough so that was good, however the quality wasn’t good, stitching shoddy, loose threads around button holes. Cheap end Chinese type quality , thin fabric, tried to return , support was responsive enough but were obfuscating and came across as stalling, asking for proof. Customer dissatisfaction is proof enough,

I do believe that should be no stars at all. This “company” is a joke. Really take like 2-3 months to get the product. Quality ?? Please is a terrible product. Shoes were ordered and doesn’t look like the picture. There is no leader at all. Looks more like plastic and smelling like Insecticide. They also have the courage to sent an email asking for the review when we even have the product yet, so this is it. We are gonna star with the devolution process but I’m worry about the bad reviews about it. So DO NOT BUY, DO NO WAISTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

Don’t trust the positive reviews, they’re obviously fake. Masorini is a scam. Avoid this company at all costs.

Llegó el ítem sin problemas, en perfectas condiciones. El embalaje muy bueno. Lo único malo, que se demoró en llegar, pero llegó es lo importante.

I ordered 2 shirts and am unhappy with the look, fit and quality. I have been trying to return them. I have been prevented from filling out the return form online because after entering the order number I keep getting a message that says order not found. I got a response to my first email basically offering for me to keep the items and they'll give me a coupon. I am unhappy with the items... why would I want to keep them? I received the order so I know they got it. I have been emailing and attempting to start a chat with them with no response. All I want is the address and information needed to make this return to get my money back. I have been emailing them several times a day for the past few days and no one will respond. AVOID this company at all costs!!

Pésimo. Compré una chaqueta, impermeable. Y no es siquiera impermeable. Nada que ver, decepcionado por completo. Por el valor de esa chaqueta es absurdo el valor pagado (+50USD)

Pedi unos zapatos hace poco mas de mes y medio, tardaron aproximadamente 15 días en darme un número guía, ya que "segun tuvieron problemas con el provedor y los envíos" al menos eso dijeron en su correo. Okey, todo bien hasta ahí, estuve checando mi pedido y todo iba bien hasta que ¡Oh, sorpresa! En la página de MailAmericas me marca que ya se había realizado un intento de entrega, pero jamás nadie visitó mi domicilio, aclaro que este pedido fue para México, lo que me extraño mucho es que en la página de correos de México me marca que no hay información sobre el número de guía proporcionado. Llame a la sucursal mas cercana de mi domicilio y me dicen que no hay nada en sistema, "Mi paquete es como si no existiera" Hum, ¿Y entonces como es posible que en MailAmericas me marque que ya hasta se intento realizar la entrega? Inlcusive el equipo de Masorini me envía un correo para notificarme que mi pedido ya llego y que si puedo notificarles el agrado de mi producto. Les e enviado ya varios correos, el ultimo hace 2 días y aún no tengo respuesta. Pésima experiencia de compra, hasta ahora la peor. Espero y me dan una pronta respuesta.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
Placed my order on October 31st. It never arrived but said it was shipped. Then customer service admitted it was never shipped and offered a credit- I want my order or a refund. I have not had a response from anyone in three days!
