Masorini Arvostelua 

Ben heel erg ontgoogeld over masori nl,en ben blijkbaar niet de enigste te zien in de review's. Is niet betrouwbaar,en heel veel mensen zijn dik in t zak gezet! Kunnen we daar iets aan doen om toch nog ons geld terug te krijgen?😡

Het is n website van oplichters als je hier n review leest dat ze leveren en n goede ervaring hebben is het door hun zelf geschreven ik ben serieus opgelicht

Krijg geen contact meer met Sandra.
Parfum en geld kun je naar fluiten.

Een maand geleden reuk besteld voor 45€ maar nog steeds niets ontvangen. Al een paar keer met Sandra gemaild , steeds het antwoord dat de bestelling onderweg is maar helaas.
Dik int zak gezet ja.

Wauw ik had dit niet zien aankomen ik heb ook parfum besteld nog een paar keer met Sandra gesproken maar nu is de site uit de lucht echt naar ik durf nu niks meer te bestellen

Ik heb voor 90 euro bestel maar krijg niks binnen is al 3 weken geleden dit is oplichting dus begin er niet aan

Der beste Laden den es gibt. Hervorragende Produktauswahl. Ausgezeichnetes Zeug, das auf E-Mails antwortet und sogar Empfehlungen dazu gibt, was benötigt wird. Schnelle Lieferung! Vielen Dank!

Terrible quality and photoshopped advertising. Shirts are ill fitting. Avoid!

never received item purchased, now appears Masorini are not repling to any of my correspondence

I purchased DEO BLACK AND GOLD sunglasses order number ML 1340, paid on line, several weeks ago, when I inquired as to delivery date, no response other than an e mailed saying CONFIRMED? Cant get them on the phone. I believe at this point, that I will never receive my sunglasses and Masorini has kept my money, very sad, as this did not have to happen.

i purchased one item from them (lucky) a shirt . on site they wrote cotton and pollyester

item came after nearly two months and was 100% polly!!!

they have a return policy witch basically says you will have to pay a lot of money to return the item and will take long time so just take 75% from what you paid and take it as coupon to buy something else/

went for it ///been a month and ten days still did not get tracking number !!!

My sunglasses were coming a long way to NZ. Masorini kept me informed and reassured me of the transit process. I was greeted ahead of time with a pair of stylish glasses. A case of under promising and over delivering. Very satisfied customer who will use their services again. Thank you John

Muy malo mas de dos meses y no recibi nada ,segun ya lo enviaron y me dieron el numero de seguimiento pero no mas nada le echan la culpa al covid , pero he ordenado otras cosas con otras companias y me llegaron super rapido , esta pagina es pura tranza cuidado

Purchased items 15 May 2020
Received 1 pair of shoes in one delivery.
Received 3 shirts in another delivery.
1 pair of shoes still not received 45 days later. Emailed Masorini and replies come back unhelpful. Tracker doesn't work. Excuses about COVID-19 causing delays. Not sure how when first deliveries arrived in 20 days.
Customer service is non existent.
Disappointing especially knowing I need to exchange for a larger size shoes.

Be warned

Recently made a purchase of a sweater. Currently the website is blocking my access so I can't get the tracking number despite being 2 months after my order. Already raised a ticket to their support team but still haven't gotten an answer.

Good store and easy to use. Hope the products are just as awesome!

I can't give them a 5 star review yet, since I haven't recieved the glasses I ordered but the product looks neat, sleek and fresh. I very much look forward to recieve my parcel
