Masonluxor Arvostelua 

I ordered two sweaters. They eventually arrived with very little prior warning and surprise surprise they do not fit.
I have tried to get a response from Mason Luxor about where to return the sweaters and a refund. Needless to say nil response so I can only assume this is a scam. My advice to anyone looking into buying from them…don’t.

I ordered a coat for my husband’s birthday it was to small so I contacted them, I was very pleased when they said they will send me a code to get another at no cost and I won’t have to send the original back! I did what they said and the code did not work. So I spent another £109 which I would not have done
I originally asked them for a return label so I could send back and exchange
So basically they conned me into buying another coat! I’ve emailed them since no reply
BE CAREFUL IF UOU BUY FROM HERE!!

Ordered two items which eventually arrived. Too small despite ordering 4XL and tried emailing to ascertain where they should be returned to. Nil response even after numerous attempts. Really poor company customer service. I did get a voice msg on my mobile from someone in Chinese and if option was from this company I will never know. Now trying to get a refund but my personal advice would be to shop elsewhere.

Mason Luxor have been fab at responding and sorting out a replacement jacket after the wrong size came. Will use them again!

Ordered a sweater in the UK during the cold snap. The item took weeks to arrive from China and had loose threads in places and overall did not feel like luxury. I messaged them - it took a week to reply with request for photos which I sent. Then they replied saying sorry the size was wrong? Another round of messages and then they apologised for the colour??...and in the meantime while I was insisting they collect and refund, they tried to get me to leave a positive review before refunding. I have decided to dispose of the inferior jumper and leave this review for anyone considering shopping. Also, I will be handing the matter over to the credit card company and trading standards.

Ordered a wind breaker from this company, and despite an initial issue with the shipping, the communication was clear and the issue was sorted quickly!

Item arrived after a few weeks and I have no complaint with the item it is nice! They have also helped me with the sizing free of charge when I needed a larger size (4xl).

I ordered a size M jacket on the 1st of January; I received an email after a week saying it was lost in transit when I inquired about it. Then, 2nd time the item was shipped, it said it had the same tracking number. After a few days, they actually shipped the item with a tracking code. By the 24th, I received the item but size XS. I was fooled this time to buy from here, normally I check how trustworthy the online company are but this time i was failed. So, I sent an email asking to exchange the sizes and there is no reply yet. customer service number based in Nethernalnd never answer.

Looks like a high end European company but actually it's inferior quality items made in China.
