The order they sent is nothing like the item I ordered on their website.wrong colour on top no cuff circles,bottoms plain ,no circles on bottoms,very poor quality.Ive contacted them sent photos,complained.They said everything's ok with your order🤣even though the photos prove everything no markings where their supposed to be,black collar instead of white.My advice do not order anything from this company,plus it took alot longer to arrive than they said

Appalling experience. I ordered two supposedly winter weight jackets as Christmas gifts. They arrived, were poor quality, lightweight and not as described or pictured and therefore totally unsuitable. When I asked to return them, I was asked to photograph the items and they were very cagey about a refund. They offered me a 15% refund on the items and a 50% credit card and to keep the unwanted items. I was told ‘if you still prefer to return the item for a full refund, you are of course welcome to do so. However, please note that our remaining inventory is being managed through international logistics partners in Asia due to our company closure. This means that the returns process may take a little longer and require extra effort on your part - something we would like to help you avoid if possible. Buyer beware!

They use drop shipping and all items will be coming from China and probably Temu.

If you need to return which will most likely be the case you (the customer) has to pay for the return.

I ordered some shoes for my wife for a function in two weeks time. The advert for the shoes said 'ready to ship - now', so we placed the order. Two weeks later and they have still not been shipped. Too late for the function, so I contacted the company and said that if they have not been sent, to please issue a refund. I received an e-mail saying that they were waiting for their supplier. I wrote again and got a 2nd e-mail telling me the same thing. I wrote once more and eventually I received a message telling me I had been issued with a refund, but it's been hard work.

Absolutely appalling company, items are not worth the money, very poor quality and after trying to return an item which cost me £25 to return 5 months later it returned back to me and they won’t issue a refund.

Have to agree with all the other poor ratings and wish I'd done more due diligence before purchasing.
On the plus side it looks like theyve gone out of business as the website can't be found now, at least other won't get ripped off.....

Absolutely shocking quality!! Not even worth 1 star. I have tried contacting them concerning a faulty zip on the garment, what a surprise, no reply!! Cheap quality material and takes weeks to receive it!!

On behalf of my better half who is quite astute do not use this company you will end out of pocket SCAMMERS !!!

The site doesn’t exist and so I have reported them as fraud. My item never arrived and email links have disappeared.
Everytime I clicked on my email link to see if my order had been shipped, it showed that the link is broken and error occurred. I made an error by ordering from a company I never knew of.

Ordered an item that took over a month to arrive. It was not as expected and now trying to return it and after some initial delaying emails requesting photos of the item, there is now no contact despite repeatedly asking for the return address/information. Do not order from this site if there is any chance of wanting a return. TERRIBLE!

DONT ORDER from this company they took full payment then sent garments that cannot be worn as wrongly sized .Customer Service is non existent promised to send correctly sized garments but since then having repeatedly ignored my emails SCAMMERS

I ordered two cashmere sweaters size 4XL. Cost was £60 or thereabouts. They eventually arrived and I unpacked them in excited mood and this didn’t last long as ther were not 4XL. Couldn’t even get an arm in.
I contacted the retailer saying the size was wrong and after a number of weeks they have decided the order was as I had asked for.
For anyone thinking of ordering from this company be aware the customer has to pay to return the goods , to China at great cost.
They will not refund my money so be warned their sizing in Chine is not the same as the UK.
My opinion is the goods are substandard and I will never order anything from them again so be warned.
Can’t remember the exact order date but could have been Jan or Feb 2025 and today 9 May they have effectively washed their hands of the matter. If they were a UK Company they would have to refund but in China , poof no chance.

Failed to ship in time despite promising. Refused to cancel when requested and stopped communicating. Don't trust this seller.

Ordered a 3XL cat, after 4 weeks received a L. Numerous emails, no refund, just told to return to China at my expense but the wrong size was their fault. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Told I was going to review after last useless email.

Purchased one item which was not suitable as the sizing was off. It took 8 emails asking constantly for the return address. Being offered money off my next order in the mean time.

Naturally the refund would never likely get processed. Avoid at all costs if there's a risk you need to return it.

I bought a jacket that was not like the photo online, the pockets were just false and quality poor. I have contacted them lots of times to get a refund. I had one response saying I could have 20% off if I agreed to keep it which I refused as the item is of no use to me. I have since tried more times to contact them and they just ignore me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would have rated NIL stars if that was possible.
