Auf Deutsch könnte man schon…

Auf Deutsch könnte man schon schreiben!!!!! Außerdem gebe ich nur ein Stern da ich mich verarscht fühle. Erst heißt es das man noch ein Produkt kaufen sollte damit der Versand kostenlos ist jetzt habe ich noch ein Produkt gekauft und der Versand ist doch nicht kostenlos. Ich fühle mich betrogen.

Disappointed

At first, the tracking number from DHL was not recognised (I had no information about when the parcel would arrive).

At some point, I tried again.
Then I saw that it was being sent back to the sender.

I had it delivered to a DHL post office.

Perhaps that wasn't possible with registered mail, but I didn't know that.

I didn't know that it was coming by registered mail, nor that I wouldn't receive an email when it arrived at the DHL branch.
So now, unfortunately, the parcel is going back.

What a shame.

They ghosted me…

Ordered on 7/1, was told at checkout shipping on 7/2 with delivery by 7/8. It’s 7/9 and I’ve found out all their email addresses are no longer valid, their phones are shut off and they don’t respond to social media messages. Sadly will have to file a chargeback with the credit card company

excellent company

An excellent company to deal with, I had an issue with an item, I emailed them had a quick response and resolution to the issue. I hav brought many item from them and will buy from them again

Charged extra for shipping and in USD

The website advertised in euros and I used a gift card of euros. At checkout everything was transferred to USD so the gifcard was worth a little also.
Also, most annoying, is that you advertise international shipping for free in orders above 100 euros, but we were charged extra for shipping. Which feels unfair...

Immer top Angebote, ich bin 64 Jahre alt und stehe auf so einen Fetisch der Shop bietet eine große Auswahl auch an zahlungsmöglichkeiten die Lieferung erfolgt prompt nur die Kommunikation zwischen Kauf und Lieferung hinkt manchmal

Love at first sight

I fell in love with Maskulo from the get go. It was love at first sight. I mean the underwear and gear is just so damn sexy and feels so good on your body when you put it on.
