I have placed a couple of orders at this store. The products are real good quality and they have a nice collection.

I am unfortunately still waiting for an order placed a couple of months ago. I mailed several times about it, but no one is replying to any one of those mails. So that is why I give just one star now. As soon as I get an answer about that order I will change my review. Since I don't get an reply I hope some of the staff will read this review and help me out. (MEU29978).

⭐ 1 STERN – HORRIBLER KUNDENSERVICE. ICH KANN DIESEN LADEN NICHT EMPFEHLEN.

Das war eine der schlechtesten Erfahrungen mit Kundenservice, die ich je gemacht habe.

Ich habe ein Outtox-Produkt für 78 € gekauft. Bereits am nächsten Tag nach dem Kauf bin ich zurück in den Laden gegangen, um es zurückzugeben. Ich habe es NICHT benutzt. Ich habe es NICHT getragen. Ich habe es lediglich EIN EINZIGES MAL anprobiert. Das originale Etikett war NOCH ANGEBRACHT.

Trotzdem wurde die Rückgabe verweigert.

Die Begründung war, dass das Material durch das Anprobieren gedehnt, zerkratzt bzw. beschädigt worden sei und dass dies meine Schuld sei.

Ich möchte das ganz deutlich sagen:

ICH HABE DAS PRODUKT NICHT BENUTZT. ICH HABE ES EIN EINZIGES MAL ANPROBIERT. EINMAL. UND ICH BIN AM NÄCHSTEN TAG ZURÜCKGEKOMMEN.

Wenn ein Produkt bereits durch einmaliges Anprobieren gedehnt, zerkratzt oder beschädigt wird, stellt sich für mich eine sehr ernsthafte Frage nach der Qualität und Haltbarkeit des Materials.

Und jetzt kommt der für mich noch schlimmere Punkt: Die Mitarbeiter haben mir gesagt, dass sie diese Produkte selbst herstellen.

Das bedeutet also: Ihr stellt eure eigenen Produkte her, verkauft ein Kleidungsstück aus einem extrem empfindlichen Material und wenn dieses Material nach EINMALIGEM ANPROBIEREN angeblich gedehnt oder beschädigt ist, wird einfach dem Kunden die Schuld gegeben und jede Verantwortung abgelehnt?

Selbst wenn ich das Produkt tatsächlich einen ganzen Tag getragen hätte und es danach gerissen oder stark gedehnt wäre, würde ich von einem Hersteller erwarten, dass er Verantwortung für die Qualität eines von ihm selbst produzierten Produkts übernimmt.

Aber in meinem Fall wurde das Produkt überhaupt nicht benutzt. Es wurde EIN EINZIGES MAL anprobiert, das Etikett war NOCH ANGEBRACHT, und ich bin BEREITS AM NÄCHSTEN TAG zurückgekommen.

Genau das finde ich völlig inakzeptabel.

Ein Unternehmen sollte hinter seinen eigenen Produkten stehen. Wenn ihr eure Produkte selbst herstellt, solltet ihr auch bereit sein, Verantwortung für die Qualität und Haltbarkeit dieser Produkte zu übernehmen.

Stattdessen wurde mir vermittelt, dass das Problem ausschließlich meine Schuld sei.

Kein wirklicher Kundenservice, kein Verständnis und absolut keine Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für das eigene Produkt zu übernehmen.

Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, sich sehr genau zu überlegen, ob er hier einkaufen möchte. Wenn es ein Problem mit einem Produkt gibt, das sie selbst herstellen, sollte man offenbar nicht erwarten, dass sie dafür Verantwortung übernehmen.

I used to really like this company and their product. Ordered items and never received them. Sent over 10 emails and countless messages to their sites Us and Europe over months. Never received any answers or the items. Had to contact my credit card to charge back the total after almost 6 months. No customer service and no they are just rip off artist.

Customer service is not existent.

Took 4 weeks to ship. Impossible to contact. Ignored emails. Cancelled FedEx shipment.

I am dissatisfied with the status of my order (MEU30062), which contained two items. Only one item was delivered. The seller maskulo.com does not respond to subsequent complaints. Disappointment

Ordered item, nearly two months later, still haven’t received it, nor any update on when it would arrive.

Tried contacting by email twice, by the contact form once, and by texting their phone number once, never heard a single word on the status of my order. Not sure if they’ve gone out of business or stopped serving the USA or what because they won’t respond.

Because after payment there was different pricw then at the Website.
The Item was 63 euros extra cheap Monday discounts. Then went to pay and at PayPal payment it shows additional taxes and postage costs.
