This is a bogus company, the shoes arrived in a plastic bag with no proper packaging, the shoes look cheap, they come from abroad and the returns method is not straight forward at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Utterly disgusting, scammers. Belatedly stealing money from everyone.

I cancelled my order within 15 minutes of make it. They completely ignored my request.

If I could rate less than one star I would! Ordered a pair of shoes, emailed after two weeks to chase delivery. No response. No replies to several more emails.
Link to track and order doesn't work, just takes you back to shop. No contact number or company address.
After searching for and reading reviews, which I should've done initially, I raised a dispute with my bank who luckily instantly refunded my order cost. If they ever do arrive I don't expect them to be anything like advertised, and poor quality.

Its a scam I have paid a 46£ and I did not recieve my order I send 3 emails but no answer.A big scam!

Ordered a dress. Too big. Emailed the address on the website for returns. No response. Emailed the same website multiple times, also used the website contact form. Still no response. Nearly one month later now. No response and according to email only 30 days to return. Complete scam.

I would not rate my experience even 1*, however this is the min I could share about this awmful experience. The garnment on the photos has nothing to do with what I received, paid £40 for a dress and received a very cheap and poor quality item. Since the moment I received I emailed them 3 days on roll on 2 different email addresses provided on the website and no reply. When I started to investigate I realised this is a scam, first time in my life happened. Also, same dress came to find on 3 other website which just happened to came as an advertise. Please DO NOT BUY from this website.

ETA Still had no response to my email I sent 12/9 giving details about the return of my order, waiting for address to return items. Have now contacted my credit card provider disputing the payment - fingers crossed they'll claw the money back from this SCAM company!!!!
Very similar experience to other reviewers. Placed order on 20 August, received email on 23 August to say order had been dispatched and I would receive it within 3 to 4 working days. This didn't happen and despite sending 3 emails had no response to them. Goods arrived over a week later and items were not the colour I'd asked for, what's more quality was below standard. There is a returns policy but no return address has been provided. I've sent a further email asking for this but doubt I'll hear anything back. In hindsight the fact you didn't get several angles to view the dress on the website should have rung alarm bells ; then having placed the order, despite stating you could track the item, there was no tracking facility available; I have had no response to any of the emails I have sent; email on website links to a non existent Polish email address! I'm disappointed that I was taken in by this SCAM

Do not use! Item turned up completely different to photo & poor shocking quality. Made in china

Unfortunately a scam, I bought some shoes for £60 and after receiving initial confirmation emails saying goods have been dispatched etc, nothing has arrived and not responding to emails. Please avoid

Update 13th Sept. I raised a dispute with my bank and then I got a response from Mary Jane below asking me to cancel the dispute and then they’ll investigate! I’ve emailed back to yet another email address but will keep the dispute open.

Scam!!!! Bought a dress from here, paid £40 what arrived was nothing like the photos, was cheap, small and short, meant to be long length, literally un wearable. I tried to return it, there is no phone number or return address, only an email which isn't responded too. It's a big scam! Do not use them! I didn't get any response or my money back.....

Similar reviews to others. Ordered several items back in mid August. Still haven’t received any of the items. Have contacted through the website several times with no reply, and recently send a further email with no reply. Do not recommend!

Don’t buy from here. Not only did my items take ages to arrive the quality was shocking and when I contacted them to return them following their poor returns policy guidance (send an email), I have had no reply. I have tried more than once to contact them but nothing and no phone number to call them. I spent over £160 and it looks like I have been scammed. Very annoyed! 😡

Ordered a dress on 24th August and still haven’t received it! Emailed twice but still no response!

Looks like a scam. Took money but no product received.

I placed an order with this company in August, checked the returns policy and followed the advice on the contact section, to email all order details, advised that someone would get back to me with 6 hours regarding returns information. I have sent 4 emails over a 3 week period and still no response.
