Ordering from a trusted site is important so they have demonstrated that and this is one of the best customer service ever. They will respond to any questions you have for your order. They also package the items for you neatly. So if you come across a chance to get the gifting bag with your item, get it! You won’t regret it. Especially for my Pingu fans out there.

This product is absolutely beautiful and makes a wonderful gift. The overall quality is high, and you can really tell that a lot of care went into the design. Unfortunately, mine arrived with a defect. However, the customer service team reached out to me very quickly, and we tried to fix the issue together. I was immediately offered the option to either receive a refund or get a replacement.

Because I’m genuinely impressed by the product itself, I chose to have it replaced. The customer support was incredibly kind, helpful, and responded very fast, which made the whole experience so much better.

I can honestly recommend this product to everyone not only because it’s beautiful, but also because the team truly stands behind it.

Shipping was long (3 weeks?) but once my items arrived, they made great gifts. Well appreciated. I was surprised by the quality as well.

I placed an order over 76 days ago, and it never arrived. I've tried contacting them, and they just told me I had to wait 30-40 days. The package never arrived, and they don't answer my emails. They don't offer a refund or anything. Terrible service.

It’s been 63 days and I still haven’t received my item. I followed the Martube team’s advice to wait 40–60 days, but over the past week they haven’t replied to my emails. I sincerely hope they will resolve this and that I receive my item soon.

Since the very moment I purchased, I emailed customer service to review my order and received a response within the first 24 hrs, and they kept in touch with me throughout the process of receiving my items.

I got the Bluetooth speaker, well packed, nice quality, no scratches, all items included. The HB Plushie also came in perfect condition. Lastly, I got the large drinkable mug, it has a good size, not small, and great quality! So happy with the purchase!

I recently ordered the Pingu speaker from Martube, but when it arrived, it unfortunately wouldn’t turn on, even after several attempts to charge it. I reached out to Martube’s customer service and after trying all of their troubleshooting tips and sending them a short video, they confirmed that the speaker was defective. They initially suggested I return it, but when I mentioned it was meant to be a gift, they were so kind and sent me a replacement right away without needing a return.

I’ve just received the new one, and I could not be happier, it works perfectly as described and looks super cute! My sister absolutely loved the gift (even though it's a little late) :D The sound quality is great for what you pay and the head tilting functionality is unfathomably cute. I believe you can also take calls on it but I have yet to test it. Also, I love the inclusion of the poster (really nice print quality) and of course the headphones are such a cute feature (it also works to turn the sound and head shaking off and on). However, I noticed that the quality of the headphones on this one seems better than on the first speaker, maybe they've upgraded the quality recently?

Also, it took ~15 days the first time and ~10 days the second time from when they shipped it to arrive. So in total (including processing) it should take around 2-3 weeks to arrive from date of order to Australia.

Saw the Pingu Speaker online and immediately fell in love. I bought it and it delivered well! It's so cute and the sound quality is a lot higher than I expected! Definitely one of my favourite purchases.

My experience was very pleasant. I got the Passion Pingu Cup. It had arrived quickly, packaged cutely, the product itself was such high quality. My friend loved the gift so much. I would recommend this site to everyone. It has a lovely range of products too.
