Martubegift Arvostelua

I am very disappointed with my experience.

I never received my packages, even though the tracking information showed them as delivered. I also did not receive any delivery notification at the time, and by the time I checked the tracking information, the packages were no longer there.

I contacted MarTUBE and followed their instructions to contact the carrier directly. The carrier later told me to contact the sender for further handling.

What is especially frustrating is that I also paid an additional $3 package protection/insurance fee, but I still have not received a refund for the missing packages.

I paid for the products and the additional package protection, but I ended up receiving neither the packages nor a refund.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend purchasing the extra package protection based on my experience.

The first time I got them they where damaged but when I told them they where extremely fast and send me a new one without any extra cost and it came really quick. I really like it, super recommended!

First of all, I was sent a defective product. Really disappointed with the quality for the cost. But what real disappointment was the customer service. Had to go out of my way to return the broken item and was assured multiple times that my shipping would be reimbursed. It hasn’t. And when I tried to follow up about this, the customer service rep was incredibly rude, wouldn’t help me, and just responded with an emoji. Save your time and money, don’t shop here.

Great customer service, the original SD Card provided was not working and they refunded the new SD Card I bought.

J’ai commandé un mini ventilateur mais il ne marche pas je voulais juste en renvoie…il ne répond pas à mes emails…merci de m’avoir arnaqué

The packaging is lovely and also the steucture of the mini fan. Very refreshing!

Ordered the Pingu ccd from Martube. It was very cute camera that came with preset Pingu filters. When you turn on the camera it also has a surprise Pingu audio. Highly recommend buying this if you are a Pingu fan. Plus Martube has a bunch of other cute IP merch.

No issues at all. Straight forward order

I didn't receive my order, and I'm extremely disappointed.

The carrier keeps telling me to wait, while Martube has stopped responding to my emails. I don't want to keep waiting anymore. The delivery driver falsely claimed that I signed for and received the package, which is simply not true.

This order was supposed to be a gift, and because of this situation, it completely ruined my plans.

After looking into it, I realized I'm not the first customer in France to experience this problem with this carrier's delivery drivers. If you're ordering from France, be aware that this may happen to you as well.

Despite my complaints, I still haven't received any meaningful assistance or a refund. I expected much better customer service and support when something goes wrong.

So so so cute, works very well! Convenient that it's rechargeable too, great to have on the go :)

The gift arrived on time and my partner absolutely loved it! The speaker was high quality, even better than we thought and the gift package was grea value.

I was just too excited with all the Pingu products. I got the blind box mini-camera, and I got the summer version!!! It is just perfect. The quality is amazing, the drawings, the keychains… I take it with me everywhere since it’s just so small, and everyone goes crazy when I show it with how cute and useful it is. The fact that you can also make videos, it’s a 10/10. I think I will be getting one each month until i get the Pinga one!
Also the delivery was also really quick.
Really impressed, wasn’t expecting that much.

Sell cute stuff and love the quality so good so i buy it one for me. They’ve arrived in my country but i still waitjng patiently the package🫶🏻
