Great service as always

I received the new sp3000 bridgelux light which states that the bridgelux 3030 0.2 watt smd is a comparable to the Samsung lm301h evo 1 watt but it obviously is not as i own the original sp 3000 with evo LEDs and they are not comparable the evo one is a high quality light unit 500£ roughly the bridgelux one has had its price reduced considerably to 150£ roughly this bridgelux version is not fit for purpose its extremely to hot and the light is unusable I had to turn it down all the way and raise it up as high as it was possible to stop it from bleaching and damaging my plants so is obviously not usable so I contacted mars hydro for a replacement or refund as the light was unusable due to the extreme temperature and the light intensity was obviously incorrect they tried saying that I was not using it correctly but I used it to the manufacturer instructions and it failed in all areas they also tried to give me lessons on how to grow plants correctly but I explained that I have many years of experience with plants and LEDs they have called me a liar basically and much more thay are overdriving the bridgelux LEDs causing extreme heat and unstable light conditions which can be extremely dangerous in my opinion but they have reused a refund and offered me another of the same light second hand repaired and wanted me to pay more money for another light that is not fit for purpose this company had a good reputation for high quality products but now they have a bad reputation for unusable products and have lost this customer and I believe they have lost most of their customers because they can see for them selves DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO MARS HYDRO AS ITS NOT THE COMPANY THAT IT USES TO BE JP ALSO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS CHANGED AND ITS EXTREMELY BAD IT IS AGAINST TRUSTPILOT POLICY TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS ACCOUNT ALSO THIS REVIEW IS LIVE ON ALL THESE ACCOUNTS BUT NOT THE REAL ACCOUNT AS FOR SOME REASON IT WAS REMOVED AND NO REASON HAS BEEN GIVEN CONSIDERING THAT IT IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THIS ONE IT SEEMS THAT MARS HYDRO IS ABLE TO HAVE MY REVIEW REMOVED SO ITS OBVIOUSLY NOT THE REVIEW PLATFORM THAT THEY HAVE PROMISED TO PROVIDE AS THEY ARE BEING CONTROLLED BY THE BUSINESSES TO KEEP THE BAD REVIEWS OF THERE WEBSITE ON TRUSTPILOT WHICH IS A EXTREMELY UNBELIEVABLE SITUATION TRUSTPILOT REVIEW IT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE JP

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Mars Hydro.

I purchased an iController specifically for its remote monitoring and control features. Unfortunately, from the day I received it, remote access has never worked. The controller will only connect via Bluetooth when I am close to the device and cannot be accessed remotely, making the main feature of the product unusable.

I have spent hours trying to resolve the issue. I have factory reset the controller multiple times, connected it to a dedicated 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, updated the firmware, tested it on multiple phones, and followed every troubleshooting step provided by Mars Hydro. I even tried connecting it via Ethernet, but the problem remained.

After providing videos, screenshots and detailed information, Mars Hydro's response was to suggest that my Wi-Fi signal was weak, despite the extensive testing I had already carried out. They also acknowledged that the device can suffer from a "rare initialization quirk" with the network hardware that sometimes requires unplugging and reconnecting the power.

At the time of writing, I still have a controller that does not perform the remote access function it was purchased for, and I am still trying to obtain a satisfactory resolution.

I hope Mars Hydro will resolve this by replacing the unit if it is defective. Until then, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

Excellent customer service and products

2.7 x 2.7 TS1000 full kit and sensor extension kit. Wow. My grow is fully loaded! All I have to do is water and tuck. Anything anomalous I get an alert on the app and then rectify.

Mars Hydro has been fantastic to deal with. I reached out before ordering and got a fast, helpful response about stock. Later, they let me know a small component wasn’t available yet, and instead of delaying the whole order, they offered to send that part separately so the main LED light could go out immediately. That kind of customer service is rare. The LED lamp arrived quickly and the quality is excellent — sturdy, bright, and clearly well‑made. Very happy overall.

Absolutely amazing products, best 350 I ever spent, instructions easy to read and set up. But the icontrol is brilliant, easy to set up, easy to adjust and tweak.

Always good quality for an affordable price. I don’t have money to throw away, and Marshydro make quality products at affordable prices with excellent customer support. Unlike other companies who charge premium but have sub-par customer service. I have several products, including tent, lights and awaiting an extractor fan and climate control system. So far everything has impressed me for the reasonable price I paid. Premium products at affordable prices in my opinion. Thank you.

I was browsing for a new grow light and tent when i came across the 70x70x160 grow tent and the ts1000 150w grow light combo on sale, I jumped to the opportunity and made the purchase, delivery was made with in the week and I'm very happy with both products, MarsHydro 💯

Excellent service, order arrived two days after being placed. Also enquired about changing one of the items in the order for a different specification item, response was within 24 hours by email and was very helpful. Good quality products, would definitely recommend.

light came damaged, box was undamaged but the light body has a dent in it and the mains power cable going to the ballast/power supply has a slice in it, emailed with 0 response, not happy for a £200 light. Will be making a youtube video titled "dont buy from marshydro" to show damage and lack of customer service.

I recently ordered a new humidifier from mars hydro. They're website CLEARLY states that my order would be shipped on the 28th of march. I emailed them to double check that my order would definitely be shipped on the 28th of March and was told this:
"To clarify, the pre-order information on our website accurately states that we are committed to shipping your order by March 28th.
This date is in line with our initial estimate and is not a misrepresentation of our capabilities."

On the 28th of March I had still not received any updates or a shipping confirmation, so i emailed them again and was met with an email saying that they are closed for the weekend. So, not only is there website providing completely false information, but their staff also blatantly lied to me about being "commited to shipping my order by the 28th of march" when they knew fully well that they wouldn't even be open on that day. So mars hydro, you were NOT committed to shipping my order by the 28th of march and the information on your website IS a misrepresentation of your capabilities. An accurate representation would be to say "we will take your money and lie to you about delivery dates". I've been a mars hydro customer for years and I've supported your company since you were founded in 2009, but this will be the last purchase I ever make with you. I have opened a paypal pursuit so hopefully i will be one of the lucky few that actually get their money back from these brazen con artists. Avoid this absolute joke of a company like the plague.

The products are of unbeleivable quality and are supplied with everything you need to get the best out of them. I just cannot fault the results that I am getting in comparison to my old flourescents, its astounding. They take a bit of adjusting too as they are ultra powerful, but once you get to grips with them and ease your plants into their brightness, the resulst are just utter magic.
All that said, I had an issue with my order and my account. So I contacted Mars Hydro through their contact us option on their website. Twice infact. Nothing. Not an acknowledgment, reply, answer nor nothing.
I left it over a month, so it's not that I have been too eager with expecting a response, so I contacted them again. By the way, this appears to be the ONLY WAY to contact them from the UK as my issue was not a warranty claim and so I couldn't / shouldn't use that method of contact.

I contacted them again, some 5 weeks later and.............nothing! No response, resolution, acknowledgemnt, nothing? It seems very odd that they are so keen to take your money, bu tonce they have it.................BLANK.
It's a shame as if their customer service was only a patch on their products, they probably would have a winning formula, howevver, it seems to be none existant. Thats why I gave 4 stars and not the five.
It doesn't take much to respond to your customers Mars Hydro, not much at all.
