Spanish Tapas favourite
Heat varies with maturity
Great for grilling or stuffing
Fun and versatile ingredient
'Padron' is a chilli with character. Known as the Spanish Tapas Chilli, its heat level varies from mild to fiery depending on when it's picked. Harvest young and green for a gentler flavour, or allow to mature for more intense heat.
These chillies are incredibly versatile; grill them whole, stuff them, or slice into stir-fries for a bold burst of flavour. A must-grow for anyone who enjoys a bit of culinary excitement.
