We were told that our order was on its way, on a Sunday afternoon. It arrived on Friday. It was a packet of seeds, so not too problematic, but for plants, could be a problem.

My plant arrived squashed
My plant arrived squashed in a very fragile box, unfortunately most were upside down in their cartons. I was able to rescue most of them by transferring them into small pots, so I only lost one of the plants. Evri delivered the plants.

Plants arrived in good condition and at the correct time

Packaging not adequate.
The original delivery of 60 plants was damaged in transit and one tray of plants came out of the tray and were all mixed together in the straw type packing. Many were damaged and a new tray of 20 was sent to replace them. It too was damaged in transit and only 16 plants were ok. I reported this and as replacements are no longer available I am getting 12 garden ready plants. In the meantime time the first lot of plants which had some damage have also died off so I now have 44 plants and a promise of 12 to be delivered so I won't have the full 60 plants I ordered.

Worst service I’ve ever had both Marshalls and their delivery company EVRI ,IL NEVER USE EITHER AGAIN.
Has for customer service , CANT just magic replacement?? None in stock ,you’ll have to have a refund.

Mixed experience
The plugs came when promised. Unfortunately they were knocked about in their box as there was no protection over them and they were not all packed the same way up.
They are beginning to recover now but no have certainly lost some
