We couldn't have made a better choice. We contacted Roberta during the weekend and had a first call on Monday at 9 am. We explained the situation and she was very helpful and detailed from the beginning. After deciding to proceed we received detailed instructions on what was needed in what quality. Roberta communicated clearly when she will be available and during her working hours she answered super quickly (it is only reasonable to be available at a certain time and not 24/7). We managed to get everything done super quickly and an unbelievable 12 days after the first (!) call we had the appointment. We were super happy to have chosen Roberta. Other companies did not get back to us at all and the much need apostille is included in the package. I can only recommend them, especially the location in Aeroe, although it is requires an overnight stay, it is definitely worth it.

Alina and her assistant Roberta were rude and condescending throughout the process. As soon as they received our signed contract their whole attitude changed and working with them became a nightmare. Besides providing a checklist (which we probably could have found on our own), I’m not exactly sure what we paid for. You complete all the forms yourself, and take pictures of your passports, documents, etc. on your own. And nothing was ever good or clear enough for them. They would ask for 20 different views of our passports, then complain and ask us to send them again. Often we would send the same pics just to see if they were f***ing with us, and of course, upon second receipt, they were fine. On top of all of this, we told them for months where and when we wanted to get married. A few weeks prior, they told us it was not possible due to changes in the district. Our date and location had to be changed with only a few weeks left, and we had family and friends coming from all over the world! They only said “it’s not our fault, we have no control over it.” Again I find myself asking…so what exactly is the benefit of hiring this company? They can’t control anything, and you have to do all the legwork yourself. Save your money and just do everything on your own. Not only will you save money, you will save yourself the headache of having to interact with these miserable ladies.
