Truly satisfied with the bracelet which is stunning. I love showing off this chonker of a bracelet with the glitzy yellow sapphires. Import taxes ($100+) were the only unwelcome surprise - but I may have missed that part in the fine print. Highly recommend!

The Ulysses Crown bracelet looks even better in person than on the website. It is exceptionally well-made and the finish is fantastic. It also happens to be the perfect thickness. It’s not too chunky and it’s not too thin. It dresses up and down nicely and pairs well with my watch. I’m very satisfied with it.

I've had an extremely disappointing experience with Marco Dal Maso. I ordered an earring in April which never arrived. Despite their 12-month guarantee against defects, including non-delivery, MDM has failed to resolve this issue.

My attempts to rectify the situation have been met with misleading information. MDM claimed my chargeback was pending, contradicting my bank's statement that it was denied due to a second charge from MDM via Stripe. They also falsely stated they had initiated the paperwork process of a UPS claim (6/27/2024), which UPS confirmed was not the case they have yet to receive any paperwork (7/2/2024).

This lack of transparency and failure to honor their own policies is deeply concerning. Based on my experience, I strongly caution potential customers to reconsider purchasing from Marco Dal Maso. Their customer service has been unresponsive and unreliable, falling far short of the standards expected from a luxury brand.

To compound my frustration, Marco Dal Maso promised to send a replacement within 2-3 days. Despite my specific request for delivery before my trip, their oversight in omitting the unit number on the package resulted in DHL's failure to complete the delivery. This ordeal has dragged on relentlessly from April to mid-July 2024, causing immense inconvenience and stress.

Marco Dal Maso's guarantee of addressing manufacturing faults within twelve months of purchase has fallen short in practice. Their claim to "try our hardest to put matters right" seems hollow given the prolonged nature of this issue. While their policy allows for exchanges of defective items, the execution has been severely lacking.

The company's failure to resolve this matter promptly contradicts their stated commitment to customer satisfaction. This extended delay, spanning several months, is particularly concerning and indicates a significant breakdown in their customer service and order fulfillment processes.

This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, reflecting poorly on Marco Dal Maso's ability to handle customer issues effectively and efficiently. Their promise of quality and customer care has been severely undermined by this protracted and frustrating situation.

I worked with Valentina directly on my request which consisted of 4 engraved bracelets and a very quick turnaround! They got them engraved and shipped in plenty of time, I was very impressed with the product and customer service. Thank you!

The quality of the leather is stellar and love the variety of styles.

They were very responsive, friendly, and fast! My only issue was I REALLY wanted a different font than what ended up being used on the inscription. Otherwise, very happy.
