Ludicrous delivery speed.

I live on the Gold Coast. Ordered a filter cartridge on Monday and received it on Wednesday. That was incredible. Thanks maple pools.

The parcel was sent pretty much immediately once you ordered. Once it leaves us it is with the couriers. When you rang yesterday you tracked it up yourself and saw that it said this is on for delivery, and that's how it was left. Sorry for any inconvenience caused but please contact us so that we can get to the bottom of it. An enquiry has been put through with the courier company.

Fast delivery, the 3 way valves look good quality I’m happy with the look as well. Not fitted yet. Good price.....Happy 👍

Prompt delivery but some hassle to collect

The order process was very easy. However, it was somewhat of a hassle to have to pickup my order from a 'PopShop' as I was not at home when the delivery arrived. There should be an option to select 'Leave at front door' if the receiver is happy to do this.

Hammerhead Pool Cleaner

Great product at a realistic price and fast delivery. I have purchased pool items from Maple Pools before and have always had a painless experience. Highly recommended supplier.

Don’t buy from I ordered 2hp pump got…

Don’t buy from I ordered 2hp pump got 1.5 hp they said ad was wrong paid $150 more than I could have got a 1.5 hp pump on ebay

As mentioned in our email to you the item had the wrong HP in the title we accept that. You purchased a Onga PPP1500 which is the same regardless where you purchase it from. We have offered you a refund already because of our mistake, which you have decided not to take. Sorry for any inconvenience caused our offer still stands.
