Very disappointed. This company presents itself as Canadian, but it’s clearly not based in Canada, which feels misleading. Shipping took far longer than expected, and despite multiple emails, no one responded.
The shoes finally arrived and the sizing is completely off compared to Canadian sizing — way too small — and the quality is not what was advertised. I am now trying to return them and still can’t get a response.
Poor customer service and lack of transparency. I’m still waiting to be contacted to arrange a return.

It was almost a relief to read so many reviews from so many other dissatisfied and disgusted customers.
My only regret at this point is that I didn't do any due diligence on "Maple Boutique" before ordering from them.
My experience is one of being blatantly lied to.
I thought I was purchasing a cashmere sweater and what I received was a crappy acrylic blend of some sort. It is a heavy sweater, not soft, and is actually stretchy. Nothing about it even slightly resembles cashmere. Also, not a single label sewn in anywhere on the garment.
No contents label , label of origin, nor any washing instructions.

I have sent multiple emails in hopes of returning the item and being refunded.
All of the emails have been ignored.
I will now stop and not waste any more time or energy on this terrible, fraudulent, scamming company!

Terrible customer service, they don’t reply to the emails, took almost a month to deliver (they say it’s Canadian)
The item was not at all the picture and description.
I’m trying to get a refund and can’t get it because I can’t get in touch with the ….i will report them to the BBB.

This company is disgusting. Their return policy involves inflated return charges. They do not stand by their products and prefer to offer you a 10% discount or 15% if you are stupid enough to place another order. They are all sweet and sugary until you want your money back. Do not deal with them. They are hawkers of cheap and inferior Chinese crap. More importantly they pose as a legitimate Canadian company.

I purchased boots 1/2 price at $70 (i'm pretty sure they are plastic and cardboard) and a 'coat' 1/2 price for $70 which was a cheaply made shirt with a hoodie

There is nothing "Canada" about this company other than reference to a city in Ontario on their website.

Since June they have been advertising, via FB, they were closing, even using the names of the "owners", after years in business. Wanting to support Canadian, sadly I did not look further into the company. The $260 shoes I purchased for $70 on this closing out sale, are not true to size, nor are they worth $25, certainly not over $200. Totally mis-advertised.

When I request to return, I missed the fine print they pointed out, that return is at my cost, and must go to their facility in China, and include a tracking #. Canada Post confirmed $69 to send with a tracking #, $25 without but the company won't accept them. They offered me 15% refund and I could keep the shoes. But they don't fit!! $11 nope. So they bumped it up to 30% - so I still eat $48 for shoes I cannot wear. They finally offered to choose a second pair, which I did. The $80 on sale pair are no better quality than what we can buy at a dollar store! I can't even sell them on FB marketplace for $20 ea, so I guess I donate them to goodwill and chalk this up to experience. Please do not support Maple Boutique Canada.

I ordered couple womans clothes which was linnen and cotton.Appier to be 100% offull!!! acrilic and the linnen pants is transperent offull cotton not warth even $10.I paid $64!
And this is not Canadian store!Is is China!!!

Shoes were cheap plastic, not orthopedic as described and no manufacturing lable. Return address was in China so settled for a 30% refund. Do not buy from this company.

All their products are made in China and are of the cheapest, poorest quality. They sucker you in with low prices due to a “closing out” sale that is never ending. When you receive their product and see how awful it is and request a refund, you have to ship back to China. Should be banned

Maple Boutique is scamming peope. Items ship for Ontario but returns need to go to china. They are falsely suggesting they're canadian - red maple leaf on the website, etc. The item I received was not true to size and cheaply made. When I asked to do a return they offered me 15% of what I paid saying shipping to China would be expensive. Dont buy from Maple Boutique

I got shoes from this fraudulent site as I wanted to support the Canadian company. The product has a cheap smell, cheap look, the shoes are not orthopedic as they claim. It’s pathetic what they sold me for about $80 dollars.
I won’t ever buy from them. If you want to buy runners go to the well known stores don’t throw your money away like I did.
I did read the reviews but didn’t believe what I read as Canadian stores have good reputation right??? Not this one! Stay away and buy from well known stores that have been around for ages.

They say one is born every second..well, add another one to the list! I'm usually careful, but fell for the Canadian owner...wanted to support them. SO WRONG!! Nothing but cheap Chinese Temu type products. Lesson learned..be vigilant when buying online..DO YOUR RESEARCH!! Wish I had!!

The shoes were not "orthopedic" as advertised and were the wrong size. Maple Boutique refused a return and refunded me about one tenth of the price. I learned my lesson, never again online!!!

I too fell for this SCAM!!! The product is junk and will be donated to Goodwill. I too am usually diligent, but they said they were Canadian!!!

Not Canadian. From China. I ordered linen pants and received cheap, polyester pants. Customer service not existent. Won’t send me what I ordered or acknowledge that they misrepresented (lied about) their products. They also claim to have a store in Yorkville - they do not. Fraudulent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Terrible customer service - ordered several products - waiting weeks for delivery…still not received. The only order that i did receive - was not quality at all. Not a Canadian company - they ship from China - and returns have to sent back at your cost to China. I have made many attempts to confirm delivery of my outstanding orders…..I get a response ‘arriving soon’ or should be shipped ‘soon’ - all my orders when tracking are in Toronto…. OR I am to contact the local courier to get an update on delivery? Adding…June 3 - received my orders ….nothing like described …the knitted sweater - is basically a stamped print on a polyester fabric…the Boho dress described as light and airy - it feels like a grocery bag material - plastic…how does a company get away with this…. I will be very careful .. I usually am…I fell for it … sad excuse for Canada Boutique … not at all Canada…

Fraud- Read Reviews. WARNING!! Unfortunately I fell for it, shame on facebook for allowing such fraudsters to advertise a Canadian company when they are from CHINA. Returns are due to CHINA with exhorbitant shipping return fees for substandard material and false advertising. Goods are cheaply made with plastic and thin leather materials, cheap polyester with substandard sewing on some items.

I tried to cancel within 24 hours realizing I had been snookered after reading reviews too late and the company refused to cancel the order. The company refused to honor a cancellation and shipped items 3 weeks later. STAY AWAY...SO YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED AND A COSTLY WASTEFUL EXPERIENCE.

Other notes: They say it is a closing out sale, but sizes are all available, all the time...misrepresentation on many levels.
