Excellent product, service and delivery
Very satisfied with Beyerdynamic DT770 ProX headphones. Delivery was very swift even though I ordered item on a local public holiday (Friday), received item the following Tuesday. Responded promptly to my tracking query. Would highly recommend.

Price matched the item I'd seen elsewhere for 25% less. Helpful, pleasant and well informed staff. They kept it aside for me as arranged by phone, and the device (UA Volt 2) was terrifically easy to set up and a real pleasure to use. In and out in two minutes. Perfect.

Easily the best music store in sydney
Easily the best music store in sydney. Never had someone try to sell me on a gimmick, staff are always helpful. Infact the staff seem to actually care about instruments and music, which can't be said about their competitors.
Only orders arrive quickly, in-store pickup for same day is a massive plus.

first electric guitar
I bought my first electric guitar. The staff were very helpful and let me try a few squirer, Ibanez and yamaha in my price range for about an hour. The delivery from the warehouse took about a week. Very happy.
