So thrilled with the purchase of a drum case for my husband.
Right through to the purchase from packing and letting us know when it was leaving for our destination. Letting us know when it would be on our doorstop..
Very pleased with the service indeed.
I must add my husband is 87 and still working in a band playing drums...
Thanks Manny's

Before I went into the store I rang up to see the item that I wanted could be reserved for me, as when I checked on the website there was only one left. They were happy to accommodate. When I went to the store the salesperson got me the item I needed, a Shure SM 57 Beta microphone, and we discussed why I wanted this specific microphone. He also did some on-the-spot research just to make sure that it was indeed the right choice. Very helpful and friendly staff.

JBL EON712
Easy, seemless transaction. Dustin seemed knowledgable and was very helpful in answering all my queries regarding the JBL EON712, which made me an easy sell... This speaker provides a flat frequency but also a fully parametric EQ, so lots of colour control & plenty of power while maintaining its sound quality. Very happy with this purchase.
