Thomas Hawley, my advisor, explained to me each part of the process, making it much easier and less stressful. He has been extremely helpful, subsequently leading to a mortgage offer. I would definitely use MAB again if needed. Giles took all the hassle out of finding a mortgage, and I received an offer from my first application. If I had any questions Giles would reply immediately and answered every question I had. Laura was really helpful in the later stages of my application, tying up any lose ends and resolving any issues that I had. Thank you both.
