Good suggestion, which we've discussed on several occasion, however, we've come to the conclusion that it'd clog up a lot on busy hours, which could cause major delays and/or error.
Therefore we choose to sent all trades as fast as possible, even though that could mean getting hundreds of trades.

Fast and easy to use
Fast and easy to use, good deals and prices. I have spent over 1000 usd and more and i got very rarely some issues of bots getting banned, getting my items locked for some time, but other than that no problem.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but I'm a loyal customer now
I was a bit skeptical at first, but this site's proven to be extremely reliable with the handful of transactions I've made over the span of a month. Everything was delivered within seconds after processing my payment, and only 1 item out of roughly 30 didn't send immediately, to which there was a button for me to resend the bot's trade offer and it came through right after I clicked it. Definitely likely to recommend it to other people :)

They’re just scammers. I tried purchasing something that cost 9,99$ on their website never got a confirmation email nor any updates and I tried reaching out to them nobody replied and 2 days later they stole 45$ from my account.

I bought 30+ TF2 keys and I was sent multiple trades. I was able to accept 3/4 and then the last trade was cancelled and went into a cooldown. Highly disappointed with the 24 hour cooldown. I reached out to support but they didn’t provide a response yet. I urgently needed those keys and I wasnt told beforehand that withdrawal could be delayed by 24 hours

We have recently implemented the 24 hour cooldown, as not having it was causing major issues during Steam instability.
While other sites have had this cooldown implemented for over a year already, Mannco was trying to go without for a long, long time.
Unfortunately recently we had to implement it.
We have increased the time to be able to accept the trades, which now is a multitude of 15 minutes, however, we understand that during Steam instability, chances are trades will take longer or become unavailable.
When Steam inventories are down, we do have a red popup in place to warn users for potential inconvenience during deposits/withdrawals.
We understand that when you are in urgent need of keys and count on them being there right away, issues like these can be very disappointing.
If anything, you can always contact our support over at Mannco.store.

Trustworthy, however bad systems
Prices are good and the website is trustworthy, however the checkout system is very finicky. it took several attempts with different cards to successfully checkout, and items would randomly remove themself from the cart with no warning or notification unless you noticed the difference in the order total and items. I was completely unable to retrieve purchased items worth over 100 dollars for 24 hours because "of steam trading instability" which sets the bots on a 24hr cooldown, I have never seen anything like this on other trading websites like marketplace.tf.
Overall, while prices are good and you won't get scammed, I'd avoid this website for it's poor coding.
Just use marketplace.tf.
Edit: It appears I was wrong about the trade cooldown on marketplace.tf (I hadn't used it in a while) however recently I've noticed that mannco.store doesn't have a 5 use requirement on sold duel mini games, which marketplace.tf HAS had since 2019, which means that mannco.store allows users to list one use duel mini games for the same price as 5 use ones, meaning you can easily get scammed especially when buying in bulk. (I bought 150 minigames) The answer I got back from support was that I should "read each listing to see the uses) which is incredible because that means they expect me to check 150 listings. Pitiful.

Regarding the 24 hour cooldown, we have very recently implemented this update as not having it is causing major issues.
Marketplace.tf actually has this cooldown since july 2024, while Mannco.store has tried to function without for years already, which during Steam Instability, causes way too many error. We know this update isn't ideal, which is why we've tried without for over a year, yet recently had to decide to implement it.
Item removals happen when the item is being bought by someone else before you've checked out. Obviously, if we would reserve all items that are being put in a card, that would cause major issues, since that could be exploited in several ways; not benefitting sellers aswell as buyers.
We do understand this isn't ideal though, yet the good news is, it rarely happens and if even, most of the time there's an equal item available at the same price.
Only if checkouts take a while which it seemed in your case with the issues you describe when checking out with your card(s), this 'item removal' can become an issue.
If you want us to look into your case specifically, please answer to our request of detailed information.
Mannco.store is known for simplicity and having the cheapest items available, rewarding sellers by taking lowest cuts, benefitting buyers with cheap items; however, we understand that some cases can be outliers and would love to check on them to see if we can improve.
