M&S Opticians Arvostelua

Always went to Specsavers but was like a cattle market so decided to try Marks and Spencer’s Longbridge so glad I did staff are amazing, don’t get you to have extras you don’t need. Very professional, they made me an appointment straight away to have my cataract surgery. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Always a great customer experience from being welcomed to collecting my new glasses.

No problems with appointment. Very professional.

Such a pleasant experience for an eye test and mini hearing test.
Both gentleman were very professional and informative.
No pressure on sales.
I will definitely recommend and purchase from this store, all because of great customer service.
Thank you.

The service from booking the appointment and test is brilliant. The staff are so friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to all

Helpful and pleasant staff. Good eye test. Good choice of frames but not so many that you get overwhelmed. Buy one get other pairs at half price is very good. Pleased with my new glasses and service.

It was our first time visiting M&S Opticians. My husband and I had a much overdue, sight test and free hearing test. The staff were professional, courteous and very helpful. We both received a really thorough eye test and staff were helpful and knowledgeable when we were choosing our glasses. We will not be going anywhere else. Brilliant experience, just like we used to get years ago from our local optician. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Staff very professional, took time to explain the tests and the results. All the staff were very helpful and kind. Good selection of glasses to suit all budgets. Highly recommend

everything going smoothly and well friendly staff.

Ahmed instantly makes you feel relaxed, we have a good banter and he is professional and keeps you informed of everything that is happening, I do not buy glasses from M&S as selection and price is not good
But staff are great 😊

I have been to a few different opticians over the last couple of years, as I’ve had some issues with my eyes that were never getting sorted. I decided to give M&S a go, I have to say I was really impressed. The whole process was faultless from the reception greeting, to the eye ball puff of air, to the actual eye exam. I even got a complimentary hearing test that I wasn’t expecting. (It might have said it in the email…hence why I needed an eye test!!) it was a smooth process, all were friendly and helpful and the cost was reasonable at £40. I have been referred to an eye specialist clinic so, this time…I feel I will actually get it sorted. I would highly recommend M&S opticians. Very professional and easy.

I have used M&S opticians now for several years and I have no issues. The staff are very efficient and friendly. Nothing is a bother and they have a nice manner making you feel at ease

Excellent service, extremely helpful optometrist, explained everything and didn't rush at all. I have an eye problem so it was very reassuring to receive this service.

Unfortunately my new prescription sunglasses arrived untinted!!! I had ordered them in plenty of time before my upcoming foreign holiday. I was at least able to try them for fit and was able to confirm the prescription was correct.

Know here comes the crunch question - did M&S’s legendary customer service kick in?

Unequivocally that was a big yes! I am hoping to get them on Wednesday just before we go on holiday this Thursday and have been kept in touch as to the status of my replacement order.

M&S took full responsibility without question and that means I will remain a customer for my glasses for as long as they sell them. I therefore believe a score of 4 is acceptable considering the massive blunder saved by there immediate response.

Everything went smoothly, staff were pleasant and friendly. Very satisfied with my new specs. 🤓

Very good experience from start to finish! Staff very friendly and helpful and love my new glasses! Would highly recommend

The staff where very welcoming, the Optometrist was excellent, came out feeling 100% confident in her.

After previously getting my eyes tested elsewhere, I decided to try M&S, and I’m glad I did. Had a great experience from start to finish. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Appointment ran to time. Would happily use again.

very friendly service, will definitely recommend.

After a state-of-the-art eye examination, I had an appointment with the optometrist. The whole team at M&S Camberley treated me as a valued customer and really looked after me so well.
