Manchester Factory is a family-owned business dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable bed linen, homewares, and manchester at some of the best prices in Sydney—all from our trusted warehouse. We began our humble journey in the early 2000s from a Manchester warehouse in Alexandria, where we sold products directly out of cartons. From stocking just one brand, we’ve grown to offer over 30 brands, including Sienna Living, Linen House, Sheridan, and Tontine, as well as direct-importer brands that provide exceptional value. Over time, we expanded our operations and, after closing both our Alexandria and Marrickville retail locations, we now operate exclusively online, shipping from our large Sydney-based warehouse in NSW. At Manchester Factory, we believe in offering premium quality products at unbeatable prices. Our goal is to make luxury bedding and homewares more accessible without compromising on comfort or durability. Whether you're searching for the perfect bed sheets, quilt covers, or home essentials, we’re confident you’ll find something you love in our extensive range. Shop with us and experience the convenience, quality, and affordability that has made us a trusted name in Australian bedding for over two decades.

Amazing
Ordering was easy. The two comforters are absolutely beautiful! Particularly the Jungle green colour. Both are extremely comfortable and light weight which my husband and I both love.

Happy sheet purchaser
I bought sheets on here about a month ago. They arrived safely and on time, and I am very happy with the product and the value.

Very Light and Warm
I bought mine last winter. It's so light I kept waking up because I thought I should be cold. I wasn't, and I've gotten used to such a light bed covering. It's warm even on the coldest winter night. I've bought one for the spare room bed - so much easier than wrestling with removing a doona to wash it.
I recently had a knee replacement and it was so much easier when getting out of bed without having to wrestle with a doona. It’s really good for older people.

Really happy with coverlet
Really happy with coverlet - so beautiful and perfect to sleep under in Brisbane. Bought one for my Queen and one for child’s kings single - KS is more like a double and just too wide. Bought three comforters. Very happy with the warmth without the heaviness.

Amazing service & amazing purchases - 2 summer comforters & latest purchase is a snuggle fleece comforter in mocha. I still use a doona (without the cover) as I come home late at night & live in a very cold state. The ‘rust’ colour is beautiful & looks great with cream accessories

Snuggle Fleece Comforter
I purchased a "Calm Lavender" Snuggle Fleece Comforter Set last month and put it on our bed, with flannelette sheets 5 days ago. To say I'm in heaven, is an understatement! The comforter is so warm and cosy but very light weight at the same time, which is great for me. I used a King Size on a double bed and it fits perfectly. Hangs down the sides, sitting about 2 cm off the floor. No regrets about this purchase - Highly recommend.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, better to buy from Amazon for drop shipped poor quality Manchester. Item pilled and not as described. Refund request ignored until ACCC involved. Refund has been given but less GST which is not standard practice. Avoid if you like nice linen or Manchester. Avoid again to avoid insincere & smarmy customer service and brand.

To those reading this review:
We have gone to great lengths to have Trustpilot verify the legitimacy of this review, but unfortunately, they have declined to request any further evidence from the reviewer. The claims made—such as us refunding "less GST"—are categorically false. Our company policy is to refund customers in full, including GST, and we do not issue partial refunds.
Additionally, we have no record of this customer or any related order. The reviewer has provided no verifiable details—no surname, no order number, and no purchase history. This account appears to have been created solely to post this one negative review, which raises serious questions about its authenticity.
It's incredibly damaging when false claims are made without accountability. We believe platforms like Trustpilot must take more responsibility in validating reviews that can harm legitimate businesses.
Our response to "Lucy" review.
Hi Lucy,
We’ve thoroughly searched our records and cannot find any order or refund request under your name. Our refund policy includes GST as standard—any statement to the contrary is simply untrue.
If you did purchase from us, please provide your order number so we can look into this properly. If not, we ask that you remove or amend your review, as it misrepresents both your experience and our business.
We take customer service seriously, but we also protect our team and brand from false or misleading claims.
