Used Manchester EPC many times over past few years. They are always very pleasant, quick and usually do inspections within a day or two with report the day after. Can't recommend highly enough

Great experience

Had an EPC for the first time on a property my wife and I are looking to sell. Was a little apprehensive about the process after seeing other companies with negative reviews but saw the positive reviews for Manchester epc and am pleased to say I had a great experience using this company. Muhammed, our assessor, was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience

Excellent experience. The EPC was booked in, carried out and completed in under 1.5 days. I was working to a tight deadline so this was much appreciated. Efficient, courteous and professional service. Thanks very much, guys!

Fantastic service! Shoaib was professional, thorough, and efficient, explaining everything clearly. The report was delivered promptly and stress free. Highly recommend!

Inspections arnt thorough and then they…

Inspections arnt thorough and then they give you a low rating and when you question it they expect you to run round taking pictures and sending information that they should have got at their initial inspection.
Had a very poor service would not use again.
I’m getting a second inspection at my own cost

Would use again.

Straightforward booking. I contacted the assessor via text on Saturday and agreed a time for Monday between 12-1pm.
We meet at the property at 12pm, he checked all the rooms including the loft, checked the boiler, cavity wall insulation etc asking relevant questions.
The certificate and invoice was emailed to me by 5pm the same evening.
Competitive price.
Would recommend and use again.

Great service from start to finish!

Great service from start to finish; made the original phone call on Wednesday evening, came to assess the property Friday morning, had the invoice on Friday afternoon and the report 24 hours later. Fantastic!
