On arrival he was very personable; asked the necessary questions and told us how long the assessment would take and when he finished, he gave us an idea of what EPC grade to expect. Booked epc on Friday with Manchester epc , easy to use website and I could select the appointment that suited me best . Muhammad attended my home and carried out survey he was pleasant and efficient . He did phone me prior to appointment and told me he would be 30 mins . Report was issued same evening on the gov site would definitely recommend this company to friends and family .price was reasonable compared to others .
