You said that you could get a tower to me that day and then at 2pm said that it would come in two days. I needed it that day, so cancelled the order and picked one up locally.

Disgusting company. Kelly was useless and had no idea what she was doing . My rental never turned up and then I had to chase to find out they had got the dates wrong as well as them not having drivers . Joke of a company. Useless . Avoid like the plague

I can only advise people to avoid this company communicating is none existent numerous phone numbers are out of service . Mammoth are a glorified middle man that don't actually hold any stock they simply take your order and then try and find another hire company that has your item ! I was told by mammoth that my item was with a local firm when I contacted the local firm they said they had never had any dealings with mammoth and that it sounded like fraud

Not keeping to the time slot, I had to get onto the provider to see where the scaffold tower was, I was told that you put it on hold because they never had a two man tower, never bothered to tell me so I had to cancel the electrician because it was for a gallery light, I ended up with a one man tower not a two man which I paid for. Brandon hire would get a five star for me for helping me out

Placed the order but company could not actually deliver the equipment. Waiting on a refund.

There was a issue with the order at the shop when we went to collect but it was sorted within minutes,super polite and all with a smile. Would recommend and use again ourselves.

I hired scaffolding. It has not arrived and there is no one to speak to about this. When I booked the equipment I was informed it was available, I paid in full and took time off work to receive and and set it up. On the day of delivery I got an email late in the morning saying it wasn't actually available so it wouldn't be delivered after all. I am still waiting for a follow up? delivery? I have no idea what is going on. I cannot call anyone, they have no contact number, I cannot cancel the order. I think it may be a scam.

Hired ladder it didn’t arrive got email to say replacement would come the next day it didn’t arrive even paid for priority delivery had to source another ladder to get contract finished on time still waiting to get payment back into my bank account for a service you didn’t provide

I was delivered a machine that didn't work. There is no one to speak to, so you have arranged a replacement machine for a time that doesn't suit me.

Order placed day before needed and I received an email the next day saying stock was low and you couldn’t fulfil the order. Complete waste of time and let me down at the last minute. Maybe your stock levels should be linked to your website so people can see if you actually have what your advertising!

5 oclock the day before cancelled in email telling me they sort it for the next day .Had men waiting to use it and 4.5 ton of top dressing coming the next day they didnt care

Dont use this company just not reliable

Easy to book online. Only hiccup was not noticing an email sent by support early on the morning of hire offering alternatives and then not being able to get through when trying to contact them to confirm my choice would be delivered. However, leaving a request for a call back and being called by a really helpful customer service advisor sorted it out for me. From then on I had no problems. The ladder was delivered by a very helpful driver and he also picked it up when finished. Very pleased.

If I could rate -100, I would. Paid order — no delivery, no refund. Zero communication, they cancelled without explanation. Avoid this company at all costs!

Did not deliver the item when should have and unable to get hold of anyone

Cancelled on day of delivery and said I’d have to wait up to 5 days for a refund as there were “no suppliers in the area having the kit available”. I was only trying to hire a set of steps???
Do not waste your time on these guys.
