Excellent customer service and quality to match
I was trying to locate a particular coat and it was completely out of stock. I emailed Mall Road Design to see if they could help in my search. The following day I received a phone call from Sean in Mall road design , he had gone out of his way to find the coat . Exceptional customer service from Sean and not for the first time.
I received the coat the following day and it is stunning. The quality once again of the Rant & Rave /Relax & Renew never disappoints, it is outstanding.
