Yrityksen tiedot
Yrityksen kirjoittama
Mall Music is a family-owned Australian music store that has been helping musicians for over 45 years. Based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches at Westfield Warringah Mall, we specialise in musical instruments, digital pianos, guitars, drums, school band instruments, pro audio, sheet music, accessories, and expert advice for musicians of all levels. Originally established in 1977 and independently operated by the same family since 1982, Mall Music has grown from a small local music shop into one of Sydney’s most recognised independent music retailers. While the industry has changed dramatically over the years, our focus has remained the same — genuine customer service, knowledgeable staff, and helping people enjoy music. Many of our customers first visited us as children and now return with families of their own. We work closely with local schools, music programs, tutors, churches, live performers, and recording musicians throughout Sydney and across Australia. Whether someone is buying their very first keyboard, upgrading to a professional digital piano, setting up a home studio, repairing a guitar, or finding the right instrument for school band, our team takes pride in offering practical advice and real support before and after the sale. Unlike large online marketplaces, we believe a music store should still feel personal. Our staff are musicians, parents, performers, technicians, and long-time music lovers who genuinely care about helping customers choose the right gear for their needs and budget. Today, Mall Music continues to serve customers both in-store and online Australia-wide, with a strong focus on fast shipping, careful packaging, honest communication, and long-term customer relationships. Thank you for supporting independent Australian music retail.

User-friendly website
Your website was easy to use from abroad, so that we could buy a gift for our grandson and pay online without hassle. The gift was picked up in person at the Macquarie Centre shop. It would have been nice to have been offered a gift-wrapping option.

Vastaus yritykseltä Mall Music
Hi Alison,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're delighted that you found our website user-friendly and convenient for purchasing a gift for your grandson, even from abroad. It's great to know that the online payment process went smoothly and that the gift was collected at our Macquarie Centre shop.
We truly appreciate your suggestion regarding gift-wrapping options. While we currently don't offer this service, it's important to note that our wide range of products comes in varying sizes, which can make gift wrapping challenging. Nonetheless, we'll consider your feedback as we continue to enhance our services.
We're glad we could assist you in making your grandson's day special. Feel free to reach out if you need more assistance or have further suggestions. Thanks for being a part of our community!
Cheers,
Mall Music team!

Texted when the Roland Cube Ex amp I wanted to order could be delivered. I was told within 1 week (I’m not a local). The price was easily the best around, they delivered in 3 days and no shipping costs. Everything was so easy. 5 stars from me.
