First time trying Malenzo, will definitely purchase again. The merino wool is lovely and fine, and the item was very well finished. Customer service is very responsive and delivery was quick too. Nothing not to like.

Customer Service?
Purchased a long sleeve polo which was unfortunately too small so had to return. This is where the problems start. Been 2 weeks now and still no refund or response from Malenzo. Shame because the quality is superb. Just unfortunate that the returns process is extremely poor. UPDATE- Refund now received and Rating updated to 3 stars.
