De hæver pengene, skriver de har sendt din ordre med GLS - og så slutter alt der. GLS har aldrig modtaget din pakke. Mailet til dem tre gange, intet svar. Ringet til dem tre gange - lang forklaring om at de vil undersøge sagen og svare på mail - men har intet hørt tilbage.

Ordered some products on Saturday, payment has been taken but no order confirmation has yet to be sent. Looked on my account and it states no pending orders. Contacted CS today, but no reply as of yet. It would be helpful to know what is going on.

I ordered some hair products from this company on 16/10/22, totalling £24.02 which was taken from my account on 17/10/22. The order was for two full size hair oils (2 x £9.41) and one smaller size (£5.20). The order was delivered on 24/10/22 containing just one full size bottle and one small. I emailed the company immediately but have not received any reply/ refund or missing product. I shall not be using Makeup.uk again or recommending.

Fake products do not buy. I have requested a refund, as of yet no response.

They are cheaper than other websites, but you have to wait a long time for your order to arrive! Apparently this is a Polish company or at least the headquarters is located there, a little mistrust is in order then.

WARNING - FAKE PRODUCT ALERT. If I could leave minus stars I would given them -5/-5!

I have been buying rapidlash for years and years and have always found it to be an excellent product. I have just bought some rapidlash from Uber makeup however (tempted by the cheap price as our household definitely feeling the pinch right now) and it is CLEARLY A FAKE PRODUCT. The consistency of the alleged 'serum' is that of water. That's likely all it is.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS TRASH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE COMPLETE TAT.

I bought Revitalash serum in September. Started using it in November because I still had one from Revitalash which worked brilliantly. This one is definitely fake. My lovely long eyelashes have shrunk right back and gone very thin. I would never buy from them again.

Was little sceptical given the savings I made on the Rapid Brow and Rapid Lash v RRP, however would certainly order again and have recommended to others. Super fast delivery, kept informed throughout. Definitely recommend.

Ordered St Tropez tanning mousse from the site, pictured was a 240ml bottled and what arrived was 120ml. I then noticed that they had left this in the small print under the photo used to illustrate. Emailed the site and was advised that photos are "for informational purposes", read, mostly fictitious.

Awful- selling FAKE eyelash serum. Ordered Rapidlash products ( eyelash and eyebrow twin pack) and a single Rapidlash. Seemed a good offer- how I was sucked in! Instead of sending the various Rapidlash products they sent me 1 x Revitalash growth serum which roughly retails at the same price for these various Rapidlash products combined! No notice, explanation or order note in box. On opening the Revitalash, I realised I’d been conned with FAKE counterfeit copy. No serial number or patch number on bottom of product and box. Obviously, the con you with cheap prices advertised for RAPIDLASH, then just send out whatever serum fake product in their warehouse. SO ANGRY for falling for the scam. £48 for tube of water! BEWARE

Over £10 spend is free delivery, was able to order some Korean facemasks I've been looking for everywhere! No problems with delivery either, the brand was good with keeping me notified about the whereabouts of my package! I was very skeptical at first before ordering from this site but I will be ordering again in the future!

I dont understand why this company getting so many bad reviews. I've made 2 orders on 29th December and both parcels arrived today 6th January. Very well packed. All product wrapped in paper to protect. Bottles secured with tape. Receipt inside the box.
Prices are good. For example red shampoo I paid previously £13.99 on Amazon , their price for exactly same size bottle £3.31. What a difference.
I will definitely order again.
