Ich wurde betrogen es wurde mir knapp 200Euro unwissentlich abgezogen. Ich habe kein Abo abgeschlossen. Lediglich eine Einmalige Nutzung. Ich wurde nicht über ein Abo informiert!

very very bad custmer service i had ever in my life. I had submitted a Cv to make.now its already two week i did the payment also. but still i did not received the Cv. I ever never suggested to anyone. and still i dnt receive any reply also i will post these issue to social media also with this screen shot also

Disappointed with the service

I expected a better CV in writing as you guys are specialized in CV writing. I'm planning on using my existing CV as feel that it is more stronger than the received one. Even you haven't justified the paragraphs and those are simple little things. Appreciate if you can improve the service since it's a paid one.
