If I could I wouldn't even give them 1 star! They should be shut down!!
I've been paying 27.99 for three months!! This is my third time trying to cancel the subscription and deleting my account, but somehow every month I wake up with money gone from my account. I'm paranoid that next month the same thing is going to happen. This site is a SCAM! Not only they make it difficult for you to cancel, they also do not have the best tools for making a cv. I believe there are much better sites for cv making that wont take your money without your knowledge!!
DON'T USE IT!!

They are scamers. Do not buy this. They will charge you 28€ every month and you can not cancel it.

I looked up free resume building websites and this one came up and it wasn't free and it was a waste of my time. I really dislike websites that don't tell you about the fees up front. Dishonest. Manipulative.

They are scammers. I didn't get what I paid for.

Company offers you 14 day trial period for 1.90€ and after that they automatically log you on premium subscription, and charge you cca 27.95€. SCAM

Do not use this company. The one off payment details are used to subscribe you to a ‘premium’ account and €29 is then deducted each month. They do not respond to emails to deal with this.

You go through laborious process of writing down the CV only to get hit with the paywall on a website offering FREE cv.

Thank god for useless "AI features".

they are a SCAM!! do not sign up to any subscription with this company. They charge you money that you don’t even know about and don’t let you cancel or refund. I tried logging into my account and it said they sent me a verification code and they never did! I couldn’t use a password to log back in either since they could only ‘email’ me something they call a ‘secret code’ DO NOT TRUST!

They will charge you 27€ even though you only accept the trial for 1,90€. Not recommendable at all!

It's a scam — they start with a €2.90 charge for the first two weeks, then quietly switch it to €28 and drain your money without you noticing. Never will use anymore and avoid this service!

BE CAREFUL!!! SCAM!!! Even when you choose one time service for 1.90 euro, they will automatically make subscription and charge you 27,95 per month without informing you. According to EU consumer protection law (Directive 2005/29/EC & Directive (EU) 2019/2161) this is misleading commercial practise! I just wrote to their consumer support and asked for cancelation of this subscription i never asked for and a refund. If they wont comply within 7 bussines days, i will file official dispute (chargeback) through mu Bank.
