Ordered made to measure blinds. They were delivered quickly and look beautiful up. Good quality. Really pleased.

Where do I even begin??

I placed an order online on the 27th November 2025. I finally received my blinds on the 13th December. When they arrived they were not the colour I ordered. I ordered the day and night blind in 'Dovetail' and I received 'Granite'. After daily phonecalls to multiple employees I am still no further forward with a resolution. You still have my money, I still don't have confirmation in writing that the blind I actually ordered is going to be remade and issued to me....I am currently left with a blind in a colour I did not order. Customer service is appalling. You'd think given this mistake was made by yourselves you'd be quick to resolve it.... couldn't be further from the truth. Now I'd like either the blind I ordered sending to me or a full refund. Disgusting service and aftercare

I ordered my blind in a colour (Dovetail) I had previously ordered and it arrived and was a completely different colour. I was then advised that the shades had changed in the 11 months since I last ordered which is very odd considering after I was informed of this I ordered a sample and the sample arrived in the original colour I had ordered. I assume you simply could not be bothered to rectify my issue by sending out the correct coloured blind so you refunded. I stand by my original review.

Purchased a blind 3 weeks ago.
Zero ack of the order with zero updates.
After trying to ring them for an update you get the phone put down on you or you just can’t get through. I emailed them after 2 weeks for an update to be told no delivery date it was down with the factory. Waited another week heard nothing. Tried to ring again- same thing - -phone is put down after being on hold to an auto woman saying we are extremely busy at the moment over and over again until I was demented.
Managed to speak to someone via agent chat. He told me the blinds were out of stock. No date. This was after waiting 3 weeks with no updates and no one telling me this information even tho it says in stock on the website!?!?!
Waiting for a refund. Probably wait another 3 weeks for that.

Never ever dealt with such an incompetent company before. would definitely not recommend. And would rather people see me showering than buy a blind from this company.

Our order arrived before date given, which was very helpful to us. We are pleased with the blinds now they are all fitted. Couldn’t wish for any better service and quality for the very reasonable price paid.

Poor communication delivery takes too long average blind build

The blinds were delivered quickly and are very well made .the measurements were spot on they fit perfectly. All the fittings were there and they look really good up.
I'm very happy with them and would highly recommend the company to others .

Absolutely LOVE my blinds. Fit perfectly and clearly well made. Worth paying a little more for this level of quality. So easy to fit with clear instructions. Will be buying more from this efficient company and would recommend them to everyone.

The blinds were perfect, but I did have some difficulty putting them up.

After some confusion over order measurements the problem was amicably resolved by Caitlin C at customer services.
When problems arise it’s always good to deal with someone who is patient and sympathetic.

Excellent customer experience
I bought blinds in October and have had a few technical difficulties, due to my own faults! Which has meant that I have had a number of contacts with customer service and have dealt specifically with Caitlen C, she has been so helpful and kind on every occasion, she has been quick to answer my queries and find solutions to help support me. Overall very impresses with her and the service provided!

Blinds came pretty quickly and in good condition. We ordered 6 Venetian blinds and are happy with 4 out of the 6. We had to request for one to be replaced which was difficult as the customer care was quite poor. It needed to be replaced as for some reason it was 5kg heavier than all the others. Due to the weight of them we've had to drill into the steel beams above our windows. Besides the fact they're so heavy, due to what looks like a brass rod that turns the blinds, they're good quality, work flawlessly and most importantly look good.

Even though customer care were poor id recommended buying the size insurance, even though the size they sent the first time wasn't accurate they claimed it was and refused to do anything initially, the blind was barely big enough to fit into it's catches and due to it being so insanely heavy, even compared to the bigger blind we ordered, it would keep bending and jumping out into of pulling out all the provided hooks I installed.

Avoid this company! We ordered blinds a couple of weeks ago so they could be installed before Xmas. The company now say the blinds are out of stock and I have to wait until January before they are delivered. This is despite their website still showing that the blinds are in stock and that they will be delivered before Xmas! Their customer service is nonexistent, tried calling several times and emailing but no response! They are not interested in finding solutions to your problems, just taking your money with undelivered promises!

Blinds look fab

Just to quickly say how impressed we were woth the customer service (especially Gemma). Amazingly quick response and resolved my query immediately. If only more companies were like yours

I ordered 3 small blinds for my bay window in the lounge. They came quicker than expected and we are every pleased with the look, feel and quality of them.

So orderd blinds specifically from this company as it was one of the only ones offering delivery before Xmas. Once order paid for I got a delivery notification of a "provisional" delivery date of 8th Jan. On speaking to the co nothing they can do, although the reps I spoke to were helpful they have no authority so basically it sounds very much like their marketing department didn't know this was incorrect. Not a good way to run a business really disappointed so will be cancelling order and would never recommend using them to anyone. False advertising no fun for their customers or front facing staff who have to deal with this.
