My order was missing one item and they immediately shipped it within 6 hours since I notified the customer support. And I know this is a customer support review but I can`t help not to say how amazing the brand itself is. Keep up the good work!

Prodotti di qualità veramente scadente nonostante il prezzo abbastanza elevato. La qualità del cotone è bassa e le stampe già all’arrivo sono sbiadite.

Servizio clienti pessimo. Considerando che le magliette vestono piccole ho dovuto fare un cambio. Tempi di risposta alle e-mail sono lunghissimi, il mio era un regalo che ovviamente non è più tale perché il compleanno è passato da un mese.
I costi per la spedizione di un cambio sono assurdi. Ho pagato 15€ per un cambio, considerando che in prima battuta la spedizione è costata 4€, in totale ho speso circa il 50% in più per spedizioni varie di un prodotto che ne costa 40€ e ne vale 5€.
In più, nonostante i 15€ di spedizioni per il cambio, il pacco non è arrivato nemmeno a casa ma me l’hanno mandato direttamente in un punto di ritiro a 15 minuti da casa, senza chiederlo.

Diffidate dalla fama dei social, sconsigliato vivamente.

I wanted to return and exchange sizing on a t-shirt. Didn’t hear from them, so I started using the t-shirt anyway. Then they replied; they were very sorry and that I could return and exchange the size even though, I had started using it. To me, that’s freaking great customer service even though they were slow to reply at first. We’re all just humans doing our best <3

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Their customer service team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to resolve my issue quickly and made sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I truly appreciated their kindness, clear communication, and dedication to helping their customers. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

J’ai commandé un article mais j’ai malheureusement reçu un autre article à la place. J’ai contacté plusieurs fois le SAV. Sans réponse. Cela fait maintenant 3 semaines que je les contacte par mail, ou par les requêtes de l’appli et je n’ai toujours pas eu de réponse. Je me retrouve donc avec un article que je n’ai jamais voulu, en ayant payé un article que je ne vais jamais recevoir. Je déconseille fortement.

Nada que no hay manera, no se cuantos correos les he mandado ya. Compré una camiseta un lunes y pagué el envío más rápido y más caro para que me llegase en 24/48 horas como ponía en la web. Era jueves y todavía no sabía nada, les pregunté si me iba a llegar el viernes y no me contestaron pasó una semana entera entonces me llegó la camiseta y ya no la quiero y no me contestan, les he hablado también por instagram y tampoco. Ya no sé qué hacer si plantarles denuncia o algo Porque no me contestan y la quiero devolver.

Non consiglio a nessuno di comprare da loro. Non consentono i resi e ignorano ogni comunicazione via mail nonostante le condizioni d’acquisto dicano altro. A causa loro domani dovrò andare in questura per la denuncia.

Following all the reviews from the previous days, I am so sad to say that I have had the same awful experience with this brand.

Wanting to return the ordered goods, I have been left with no reply from the customer service for the past 3 weeks.

Still hoping to get my money back, since it's not a small amount and me, as I customer, I don't want to be treated as Caritas

A few weeks ago, I received the shirt. Unfortunately, it was far too small, so as stated on the website, I sent an email requesting a return. Unfortunately, I never received a response. So I emailed again. Another week has now passed.

I would like a refund, but I am not receiving any response from Maison Rapito.

Ho acquistato delle t-shirt del brand. Per due avevo sbagliato taglia. Non riesco a fare il reso…dopo 16 mail ancora non mi inviano l’etichetta di reso.
Ogni giorno invio un Reminder nella speranza di una risposta.

I have sent 4 requests within 3 weeks and have not received an answer. Horrible!

Ho acquistato 2 maglie dal sito, ma purtroppo le taglie vestivano molto più piccole del previsto. Ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti diverse volte tramite email per trovare una soluzione, ma dopo svariate mail non ho ancora ricevuto risposta. Peccato.

Non è solitamente il tipo di recensione che lascio, ma purtroppo in questo caso mi trovo costretto a farlo.

Ho acquistato 3 t-shirt da Maison Rapito, ma al posto di una delle t-shirt mi è stata inviata una canottiera, peraltro di una taglia troppo piccola e quindi inutilizzabile nel mio caso.

L’errore può capitare, il problema vero è stato il totale mancato supporto successivo. Ho contattato il brand immediatamente via mail per capire come procedere con il reso/sostituzione — considerando anche che sul sito viene indicata la possibilità di reso entro 14 giorni — ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta.

Dopo 3/4 mail inviate e persino una PEC, continuo a non avere alcun tipo di assistenza o aggiornamento.

Peccato, perché il brand in sé secondo me ha potenziale. Però quando si commette un errore, il minimo è fornire supporto al cliente, cosa che in questo caso non è avvenuta minimamente.

Jeg bestilte en pakke med 5 t-shirts, og dumt af mig kom jeg først til at kigge størrelsesguide efter jeg havde bestilt. Jeg plejer at være en xl, og gik bare efter det, men efter jeg har fået trøjerne er de nærmest som et telt på mig, så gå gerne en størrelse ned. Efter jeg havde lagt ordren sendte jeg en mail til dem, for at høre om det var muligt at rette ordren til en størrelse eller to mindre inden de blev sendt afsted - det var det ikke. Jeg har nu forsøgt at få fat i dem på mail over flere omgang for at returnere/bytte trøjerne, men uden held. Så står nu med 5 t-shirts som jeg på ingen måde kan passe. Dertil skal det tilføjes at trøjernes kvalitet ligner mere noget fra kina end fra italien. Stoffet er dårligt, og printet er ikke særlig stort ift. billede - nok fordi størrelsen på trykket ikke følger størrelsen på trøjen. Alt i alt en virkelig dårlig oplevelse, på trods af nogle fede trøjer, som desværre heller ikke lever op til forventningen :(

La merce è di qualità, i capi sono comodi, il jeans è di ottimo tessuto e le magliette,tutte in generale ( o almeno quelle che abbiamo acquistato noi) sono facili da portare e da abbinare, molto swag !!! :)

Servizio clienti davvero top! Ho avuto un piccolo problema con il mio ordine, ma sono stati super disponibili, veloci e molto corretti nel gestire tutto, offrendo subito una soluzione senza complicazioni. Si vede che ci tengono davvero ai clienti, cosa per niente scontata. Anche l’ordine mi ha convinto, qualità molto buona. Sicuramente continuerò a seguirli per le prossime uscite!

Penso che sia un brand fantastico, la qualità è ottima, lo stile lascia chi mi guarda con sorrisi e curiosità.
Le magliette che ho comprato sono i miei icebreaker in serata e mi fanno impazzire.
Vedo che ci sono recensioni negative riguardo alle consegne sbagliate e i ritardi. A me è sempre arrivato tutto in tempo, tutto bello, con sticker e gadget fichissimi. Ho dato fiducia al brand, gliene ridarei altrettanta. È un brand giovane, originale, cool. Highly recommended!

Arrivé dans les temps et en bon état seul petit bémol le t-shirt ne semble pas être 100% coton, le textile a l’air de moins bonne qualité assez fin et transparent. Il a une petite odeur de plastique donc je pense que ça doit être un mélange ou tout simplement du synthétique. Pareil pour l’impression qui m’a pas l’air top. Le design reste fidèle à l’image. Seul point négatif est le prix pour la qualité du produit..
